Most commercial gyms should support this sport much more. All their clients want to look like jacked athletes but training towards this goal is best achived with this kind of training, usually its not welcome to do so. Very contradicting.

how in the name of WADA did karlos recover from that Achilles injury in so short a time? and bozhidar? by far my personal favorite. i get manic watching him work.
ive been lifting for years. im currently training weightlifting though, exclusively. for the first time, today, my snatch contact was just right. *bing!* *slap!* perfect timing and im under...90kg. i felt like god. this sport is different...

Bozhidar's mannerisms and facial expressions alone were the reasons I watched this twice. The way that all of the Bulgarians lift with such great form and then quickly get under the bar is impressive.

Why didn’t Karlos compete. By the way he power snatched 150 he looked like was good for 170/175 I’ve seen him squatting faster with the weights he was using. He might’ve been at 95%. I don’t know. The way they were talking about this Achilles tendon problem 3 months ago was wondering if he was even going to make it to Paris. Tian Tao won Asian games 96 kg this week with 390. Lee Dayin finished in 4th place! And the Iranian who won the 89 worlds finished 8th. For some reason no 89 kg class
