Hello mam why my boat xtend always disconnected from my smart phone. And i am always make reconnects from my smart phone in the case of riding bike. Driving car and many more....🤔🤔🤔
Noise is not upto quality and also customer service is pathetic. I hv experience noise now moving to boat in just 8 months of use. Read there customer service page and Google rating to know their darker side. The bad thing I observed- within a month their magnetic charger started not working meanwhile we've already lost return option. Now remain replacement option but their replacement means not a new product. Whatever part has an issue they'll replace that only and that too from existing used watches they came at service center. Means assembled.... Took part from any of the used watch, though that watch not work but if their part is working then it will be fitted to ur watch. Even sitting at my home it shows step counts. Vibrates unnecessary. Also it does not have GPS so u can not track kms of walking. I came to know this when I had an issue within a month. So no for Noise
