Extremely Disappointed with Fire-Boltt!I
purchased a Fire-Boltt Quest (Black) smartwatch in Aug 2024, which stopped working within 3 months. Despite raising a warranty claim in Nov, I received a replacement on Dec 6, 2024, but in White - not the color I bought or wanted.
When I raised concerns about the incorrect color, I was told my request was rejected and that I should " just wear it.there is nothing wrong in the color it is white" How is this ethical? Customers deserve products they choose, not what you force on them!
Fire-Boltt's warranty claims process and customer service are unacceptable. Is this how you treat loyal customers? I demand a resolution or refund. This experience has been a huge letdown!
