I posted yesterday on a Browns show, Watson is not the best Watson I've ever seen. But folks, the Cleveland Browns offensive line is horrible. Watson looks like he's in fear for his life every time the balls snapped, for good reason. ( I never liked the trade for Watson, ever) I'd trade anyone on the team for a good left tackle. Willis is a good right tackle and that's all he's ever going to be. ANd all the slick playing with the cap space and signing a receiver, it doesn't lessen the fact we needed offensive linemen too.
Belichick already turned down a head coaching offer from the Jets years ago. There's zero chance that Gang Green pursues him for any coaching and/or front office role.
I have my doubts about the League office getting involved and a possible suspension. Had it become a criminal case,yes but it a civil lawsuit that I guess has been settled. I have have no sympathy for Watson there is something really off about him.
