I fully agree 💯. There's plenty of unattended consequences to the decision they've made. That's also why moore isn't being punished for his behavior. The same at Georgia with all the DUI . Coaches are scared to hold players accountable. Because there's always some other team ready to take your players and pay them the same or more. Saban tried to warn everyone and they called him mean. He's for paying players, but when you combine it with almost unlimited Portal abilities then its hard to discipline anyone.

Kalen Deboer has to start acting like a coach and mentor and not these guys best friends! If he loses this football team he'll be run out of Tuscaloosa so fast by the players and the fans he'll have to go! Show some leadership and backbone!
He’s already gone. He’s not going to magically turn things around. He is going to lose about 5-6 more games and hopefully they get him out pretty fast. Never had any faith in him, he lucked his way into a conference championship at Washington. He was never Alabama materially. We should have threw the bag at kiffin or something. Certainly shouldn’t be paying someone with a resume like his so much money

Fresno State- Winning record for an awful team the year prior to him taking over. Multiple wins over ranked teams
Washington- 25-3 with two bowl wins and a Title game berth.
Overall as a Head Coach- 108 wins and 13 Losses. He will be just fine. Still a 10+ win season this year and a playoff berth
Kalen needs to quit dressing like a slob, first of all. 2nd, he should be the only one doing interviews, like Saban did. 3rd, much easier to discipline players if he does the first 2.

Been saying it since he was hired ... you cannot put an untested (Yes DeBoer is untested when it comes to the SEC) coach into the head coaches slot of THE Elite Dynasty of all time. The man looks like a deer in the headlights on that sideline. The Red Flags have been there all season but because Bama was eeking out wins no one chose to examine those flags .... until now. This is not the Mountain West or the PAC 12 this is the SEC, the big leagues. I knew it was a mistake to hire a guy based soley because he could win in the creampuff leagues. I would have preferred anyone who had coached in the SEC and knew the rigors ahead before the dude from the marshmallow leagues. The decline is not over either it will only get worse from here. I am beginning to think Nick Saban pulled one over on us in that he backed a guy he knew would flop on his face thus making his legacy and what he accomplished look even better than it already does. I am gonna start calling him "Slick Nick" lol. It was a great ride with Slick Nick but that shit is OVER. This DeBoer is drowning in the stormy sea that is the SEC. Welcome to real football bro.
