Pandit Ulhas Kashalkar ('Padma Shri' awardee) is renowned as one of the great classical vocalists of India and considered to be the finest exponent of Gwalior, Jaipur and Agra gharanas of Khyal (a vocal form) in the modern era. This is a video recording of his performance in 'Swami Haridas - Tansen Sangeet Nritya Festival' on 4th February, 2024 at New Delhi. He is accompanied on the Tabla by Pandit Suresh Talwalkar ('Padma Shri' awardee) and Dr. Vinay Mishra on the Harmonium. Vocal support is provided by his disciple, Prof. Ojesh Pratap Singh while Anshuman Bhattacharya is strumming the Tanpura.
