I'll admit... I heard the guide describe it and was like "Ooooh did she say chilaquiles? She must have said chilaquiles! I love chilaquiles!" haha! Never had them on a bun, though! :) Nice! I know a place in CO that serves them... but I'm sure the ones you had were in a completely different league :)
