The house looks much better from the outside than from the inside. Inside, outdated kitchen cabinets, outdated interior doors, moldings - all this is not yesterday, but the day before yesterday. In addition, cheap plumbing is noticeable. Such is installed in houses for half a million.
My concern is. There's no place to put a Christmas tree you got to have a place for the tree. Other than that I love the place. I wish y'all come to North Carolina.
Totally false! Basements have nothing to do with adding a pot filler and you can add one at anytime. Besides, Texas rarely has basements and there are plenty of pot fillers
It's a nice house, but seems overpriced from a materials aspect. Maybe it's the location that's jacking the price, but there are RTA glued cabinets, some Home Depot bathroom fixtures, the lighting feels Lowes, lots of carpeting. This house confounds me because I do like it, but I'd hire 2 independent home inspectors for this one because it feels like a cash grab that will have issues from shortcuts taken.
