I've been waiting for an easy olm shadow method for so long! Did so many solos with sang before I got a shadow and I've completely stopped solos after due to having to learn the shadow method
Thanks for all the guides brother, used your guides while learning my solos, ended up getting my perfect olm kill, sub 30 pb, and the olm pet all thanks to you
just to add, if you bring a mage thrall, the thrall hitting the hand is also enough to turn the head properly. so you can get away with most splashes too
I've done this method for 100 cms now I've found it easier when I splash instead of running far left as long as your tic perfect you can just run back right and take off on the right tic again and then go straight back into 2:0 also you can walk from the middle back to far right saving a ton of run energy
one huge thing I would point out You can save a TON of run energy in this method. starting from the melee ring finger: Tick 1: Attack mage hand (head will be turning right on this tick) Tick 2: Click left of head tile Tick 3: RUNNING towards left of head Tick 4: click head tile (middle) Tick 5: Attack mage hand (head will be turning to left on this tick assuming no splash) Tick 6: click WALK to ring finger 1 (can hold control while you click to walk) Tick 7: walking right Tick 8: walking right Tick 9: walking right (head will be turning middle) Tick 10: walking right Tick 11: walking right Tick 12: walking right Tick 13: Repeat (You should be on ring finger this tick) this is the exact same method as shown in video except not using nearly as much run energy. Appreciate this guide so much though! unfortunately I learned it about a week before you posted it. Also can't wait for the 12:0 and 8:1 guides!
so if he moves his head on one you have to click on the tick 4 for you to attack on 1. obv it makes sense with the tick system but in the video you just say i attack on 1 but you mean your character will attack on 1 because of clicking on 4.
bro just recently got a shadow, this 2 0 is better than a sang 3 0? and its too behind than a 12:0 or 8:1 looking to do it i mean i dont want a too sweaty method like 12:0 or 8:1 but if its not better dps i will continue to do 3:0 sang
It's very similar dps wise. I'm not sure which is better but it's not a noticeable difference. Honestly, I bring shadow AND sang into the raid. The sang is only for olm (I like 3:0 olm especially because sang heals back chip damage)
As far as I know this only works for shadow. You need a 5-tick charged staff that has an attack range of 7 or 8 tiles and no tick delay on cast. I think shadow is the only item that meets those criteria. If you have a 4-tick charged staff (like a trident, a warped scepter, or a sang staff) you can do the 3:0 method. I posted a guide on my channel that shows how to do 3:0 method :)
You should also be using thralls in solos. Always. Big dps increase but it also almost entirely prevents splashing on the mage hand. I would always recommend a learner not bring in waters anyways as you want to start learning fire dodges right away, but if you do want water just bring a watering can instead of sacrificing thralls.
Amazing guides brother, got me in to learning solo cox with this video and been loving it. very underrated channel keep up the great work looking forward to more videos from you
I mean this in the nicest way possible. Don’t start your videos like that anymore. Skip the entire intro where you talk. start your videos showing your clicks. You click (play) like a legit grandmaster but I almost changed the vid before ever finding out. Instead I chose to cut to the chase (fast forward through half the vid) and get to the clicks. Then I was not only impressed but thankful. So ya. Cut to the chase. You deserve more.
you deserve more views. thank you for all the guides they are super helpful
Thanks, King :) I just started making guides over the past month. The response has been overwhelmingly positive ^.^
as an iron with a shadow and no sang this is exactly what i needed lmao. i tried the sweat mehtods and its just too much for me rn
Loved the guide. Your 4:1 melee helped me consistently get back on cycle when I mess up.
Going to try this method out later.
Awesome! I'm glad the strats are helping :)

For the people that somehow this is not working, your shadow has to be on accurate if you are a longranger camper like me :)
Thank God. I was losing my mind lol
@@andy.bernard yeah man this was like the difference maker lol
why?
@@mantistoboggan6756 why what
@@chukarec why does it need to be on accurate? The attack speed is the same and accurate is one tile less. Just wondering, trying to learn olm

Great advice!
How many staminas u usually take or took as beginner
You should be using thralls for that reason

Thanks for the tips, subbed!
Show us how to move from 2:0 to 12:0 and 8:1 old hand, that would be the best video ever. Thanks brother!
he doesn't know how to do that lol. If he did, that would be this video.
At 4 minutes when you talk about splashing and compare this 2:0 to the 3:0 method was you talking about using a shadow with 3:0?
No you can't 3:0 with a shadow. But 'splashing from the right' behaves the same way in 2:0 as it does in 3:0
Just what i was looking for thanks!
great guides!
legend
Do I need to be attacking the tick before he turns? I consistently end up taking a hit on my way to the middle tile.
no matter what i do the head will not turn unless i go to the far side tile. any ideas?
Made my sunday ❤
Dude when I try to turn his on right (from his view) he doesn’t turn it he just stops in the middle and attacks what am I doing wrong?
I’m also learning on an iPad so it’s a little more challenging but i got tile markers so that helps
thank you brother

Is this higher dps than sang 3:0 assuming you have max gear?
Huge
Other than a shadow what else would this work for? I can't afford that shadow yet

Just do Trident method it's even easier
Tumek 2:0 is a little better than sang 3:0 with max mage gear
great guide :)
pooint out youre on accurate.

Its fine for learning and getting comfortable with shadow or solos in general, but you guys should really push yourselves to learn 12:0 👍

why are all your vids about methods that have been out for ages, and they're not even the bis methods lol.
They're aimed towards learners and first timers trying to get their first kcs
Soloing this boss is just straight depressing... I want to end it all when im in this garbage room
