Hi Carro, It’s not black and white. For the proof of funds you need to show about 10,000CAD or ~ 14,000CAD based on the province you are going for living expenses as well as you tuition. You can decide to pay the fees or not. However you need to be able to show that you can afford it. Does this answer your question? I will be creating videos soon about applying for visa et al

Once you get a positive response for the pre-qualification form and you get a supervisor (if it’s a requirement), you can go ahead and apply. Unfortunately, I can’t tell how many weeks it takes to get an offer.

I talked about the English requirements so confirm from the video. The requirements are not really based on your scores in English. Usually, if you studied in English from an English-speaking country, you can get a waiver.
If you are from an English speaking country, IELTS is not required. The minimum requirement is 6.5. This is how you find it yourself, put this in google “ university of saskatchewan ielts requirement for masters”. All the best

September maybe no but there are three admission cycles: january, may and september. Once you get a supervisor you can go ahead and apply
