No. LOR must be received by the university before deadline generally. It’s been a long time I made the video so I don’t remember the details. Take your time and listen to what I said about that or check the university website

I think there is a problem here. Other school accept uploaded version until u get admission. Then they will require a hard copy from the student.

I will advice you get one first. It’s a requirement to get admitted for research based masters

The status in Canada at time of applying should it be student visa or no status? (i.e. if you’re not in Canada)
