DUDE ON LOW SETTINGS MAPS GET BRIGHTER, CONSOLE IS STUCK ON ULTRA WITH THE DARKEST POSSIBLE MAPS, YOU ARE WRONG, I may or may not be a console gamer who can't find immersed players hiding in shadows
On low settings the default general brightness on all maps get brighter lowering the amount of dramatic lights on the map for better performance, thus increasing the quality darkens the map and increases shadows, low settings makes it easier to see
There are differences between how the game would look on a monitor vs a tv and then the two systems can run on a different default brightness or intensity of how bright they make the monitor or tv
