what is a difference between massage therapist and physio assessment can the massage therapist find he "root cause"?

I think the answer to that depends on where you are in the world. In most cases for the United States, massage therapists can identify the "root cause" but they would not be able to diagnose it. A physio can make a diagnosis from an assessment.
