yeah you can but i think you gotta type in which category that you are focusing on. if you prefer to be accepted as a vocalist (solo or group) pick vocal but insert the mp3 file for your vocal (here you can try to use your own original song) and mp4 file for dance (that is if you want to show your movements too).

I think is better do your own choreography cause you show your own talent and your own energy with your dance so doing an idol choreography I think they would compare you with the idols dance so they can use that to measure your talent, so for me it is better that you do your own choreography

Both is okay. If u want to show ur choreo skilss u can self choreo. But I suggest learning idol choreo
