Z1. If you hold down control when you make something, you don't exit the machine you're using. So to make Bacteria samples (for example), you hold down control and click 4 times, instead of clicking once, reopening the biodome screen, clicking again etc
I think the fastest way to progress is focusing on what rockets you have unlocked at the moment. So you go hard on plants first (tree spreaders, flower spreaders, grass spreaders, biodome T2), then go hard on insects once you have insect rockets, last you focus on animals.
10:30 bees and silkworms have their own default recipe separate from the others but not sure which update the developers switched it though. also as of the recent update there is now a Larva farm (ecosystem) which can generate common, uncommon, rare, silkworms and most of the butterflies overtime in the insects tab.
I may be remembering this incorrectly, but I believe the "cosmos-pattern", black, and red butterflies all have higher multipliers than the pink ones. Also, congrats, this series has made me start playing Planet Crafter again, lol.
They changed the recipes so silk worms and bees are different. Bees use mutagen and silkworms use bacterial samples now. There's also a new building that makes larva I hadn't noticed before.
Hey Z1? Here's an idea for when you start a new game... Build your home (bed, kitchen, computer screens, and everything else you'd put in a personal living space) in the starting area, in the bottom of the dry lake, build UP and use foundations to reach the future shoreline so you will have an underwater base. Use windows and glass ceilings so you have an underwater observatory. Build the BASE (the actual work space where all of the research and crafting is done) where the "catwalk" of foundations meet the shoreline.
Ha z1 there's a massive ship in the cliffs area I found it in my own And I keep getting lost in side of it and it's so beautiful Inside you should find it
Wow, that would be such a grind. Every rocket you don't use means 10X the number of devices you have to build. Along with all the extra resource gathering the power requirements are going to be crazy.
Haha i am actually doing exactly the same. I am finding i explore more than i ever have before mostly in search of uranium. Actually have found some different little things i hadn't found before.
@@Isley6628 uranium is the killer, i had to take a couple of reactors down and use optimizers to get the heat and pressure up. I have about 120 T2 solar panels helping out, lol. Cant wait for the fusion generator!
Remember people the game screams at you "PRESS THE ACCESSIBILITY KEY(DEFAULT CRTL) TO CHAIN CRAFTS". Also gold butterfly are craftable but your chances are about 5% the last time I did it. The blue print pining chip is very helpful especially when crafting multiples of items and switching items. Bee and silk worms have their own recipes now. If your looking for a specific craftable you might need more blue chips which means more exploring
Z1 you do know you can right click on the item you want to build to pin the recipe so you dont forget what items you need im like you i forget and have to keep running around trying to remember what things i need. EDIT: you need the pin recipe chip form your T2 builder.
Just a thought, with your short term memory and oh shiny syndrome, why don't you make and equip the blueprint pinning chip series? Or are you attached to the content generated by not being able to remember needed mats?

Bees and silk worms are now separate recipes. Bees are their own recipe.

I was able to get sulfur with the T1 ore extractor right where you are living. Not sure about the other extractors but I would think they will get it.
You also get sulfur next to your base just place a extractor down and you get sulfur
Hes not worried about blueprint pinning and then he keeps forgetting what he needs for a recipe...genius!
7:27 you actually placed the drill for sulfur

before the result was guaranteed to be the opposite to what yoiu were trying to make, lol
@Z1 you should make the blueprint pinning chip!

i had an oxygen base in the starting area, and kept adding on top,the water gets 6 deep!
finally planet crafter thank u Mr Z
Finally planet crafter!!!!!
It would probably help if you made a breather station in the volcanic region.
Love watching this, would hate to play it considering the terrible inventory systems of unstackable stuff.
Still think it’s funny I started watching from the start and yet you have yet get the pin chip so you don’t have to keep going back and forth
Easiest place i have found to hunt larva is actually in the eastern uranium cave.
Ha z1 there's a massive ship in the cliffs area
I found it in my own

Ive been doing my new save as a "no rocket challenge' its harder than i thought

@@jsnsk101 same i finally got t2 extractors which made a huge difference
Love the videos
The Devs didn't change the Bee recipe, they just made it so that recipe would yield a bee larva everytime cause the RNG before was too inconsistent.
Pretty sure it was the silk worms you had hard time getting

For some reason my game had break instead of Cntrl. I had to change it by clicking the break in setting and changing it to Cntrl

craft
what if you used iron platforms to bridge the gap between the platform and the warden ship?
Z1 if you ctrl or shift click you don't back out of the menu
Hi
Um. . . Butterflies in the domes only boost oxygen, not Insects.
Hey

The videos are always too short ☹️
I think you are getting so many bees because you haven't unlocked the silk worms yet
The silkworms have a different recipe now. Using that recipe will always give you Bees. There's no RNG now
