How can i create Progress Invoice to my GC from estimate, the way that the invoice will be tied to billable expense(bill form our sub). QBO can do or Estimate or Billable expense...
Is there away to combine items of the same type so that there aren't 20 pages for an invoice. We are a construction company and I'm currently using QB desktop for Mac. In the desktop version you can combine items of the same type, ie. landscaping, framing materials etc. If there's no way to do that in the online version, our invoices will be many pages long each time.

I have billable expenses activated, I have added the expense and associated it with my customer, but I do not see that panel open at the right in the invoice to the customer.

Is there an option to prorate expenses and invoice tenants? Each tenant has a different size space and % of use.

how do you bill your client for an expense if your qb version does not have billable option?

Why doesn't QuickBooks Online provide Sales Orders?
Estimates are not the same things.
paying for subscription-only service means it's up to them regarding your data, so don't pay for it.
