It took many many MANY years but by grace and a miracle, I have been in womens trauma and addiction therapy for 6 months, and I also work on my mental health after being diagnosed. I tried avoiding the one thing that has been my life savior. It hurts that I didn't realize I don't have to be strong if my mental, spiritual, and physical health is at risk. I cry more than I ever cried in my life, but I finally found peace. Many blessings and support to all of the people who are working to better themselves and others. You are loved, you are valid, and thank you for your bravery when facing trying times❤

I’m in Houston and I own a commercial building and a remodeling company … and the way that they’re doing insurance here is crazy. The deductible is super high or ppl don’t have insurance at all. For example, The church May be worth $5mil with a 5% deductible ($250,000) plus any depreciation.. the insurance may be sending a $0 check. I’ve seen this a few times since the storm with clients.

Sometimes long time junkies get more control over their addictions. I know about 5 people from my old hood who were 1985 crackheads which were the worst kind; they were the test cases. Lmao.
