Hello!! I believe the chances of you replying to this is really low, but will you be able to tell which university is better, UTS or Monash University, for masters in science. I am aware that on the basis if ranking Monash is way better. But, what do you suggest? Also your videos are really helpful! Love from India
A Life That Travels Aw ty for the reply!! I applied for Masters in biotechnology, it’s a research oriented program. I am leaning more towards UTS because of scholarship, but aside from that, I like both universities and I really want to make sure that I’m making the right decision.
Ah! Look, both would be great universities in this area. It's an interesting choice. Monash has offices of the CSIRO right next to campus so has strong industry linkages. However, UTS also has good industry linkages and one of the best innovation/entrepreneurship set ups in an Australian university. If you're interested in biotech start ups, I'd say UTS is stronger. Monash is a "Group of 8", so good for reputation. But I really love UTS, it is a highly dynamic, fast-moving university.
