Servings: 18-19 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 80 grams of sugar (1/3 cup)
-1 egg
- 60 grams of yogurt (2 tablespoons)
- 270 grams of flour (1+1/2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 80 grams of dried sweet cherries or raisins
Additionally:
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 15 minutes.
This recipe can be made at home with simple ingredients that are readily available in stores. Enjoy!
