    Thanks for doing this video! Ever since I saw my very first barong, I have felt that they were the most beautiful edged weapons humans have ever created. (sorry, katana!)

    If those swords are indeed taken during the moro wars in 1911s, then those coins might be trophies of the number of US soldiers killed, how else would they get those coins....unless you have proof of your so-called spiritual allegiance to the US, which is highly unlikely. Btw, im Filipino from the South Philippines. And the US did a notable massacre there at Bud Dahu mountains of Sulu. Just a reminder.

    This people are belong to many tribes but because they were muslims the spaniards call them as moro as what they call those muslims who invaded spain long time ago.

    What an insult to be called moro! Research first,when was this people called moro or who was the first call them moro!

      Moro es not an insult...thats a lie most Europeans say because of years if getting there ass kicked from Mexico to the Philippines to Mauritania to Sri Lanka

      The Americans simply replaced the Spanish as an colonial imperial power in Philippines, but with their own American method of colonization (forming nation states and national identities that adhered to the American "Game of Nations" order). While the Muslim peoples of the southern islands livef autonomously, and had more in common with Malay and Borneo, America forced them to submit to Manila and the Catholic Filipino majority as part of America's practice of the papal Dum Diversas. So America imposing the Spanish terms fits as part of Christian/Western imperial imposition.

    There are lot of 1911 46 caliber belong to the american that was kill in action by tausog warriors they were past on to the new generation still in good Condition i know some has 3 collection.
