  • Most of us think of our seat bones as a round ball or even a pointy, dagger shape. The reality is that our seat bones are a combination of those shapes and are actually circular. Using the sled runner analogy, JJ and Romeo show us how we actually use the 4 points of contact our seat bones can make, in this case in the canter and canter pirouette.
