Do you have to bleach your hair first before dying?
The dye has bleach in it
Would the color be as vibrant w/out the 30 volume developer?
Possibly, if you have lighter/lightened hair

I recently dyed my hair another color, but it did last a few months. All red dyes eventually fade a bit though.
