- Keys to a timeless wedding: the flowers. Sweet elegant and never go above 3 different types. It causes confusion. The dress. Have your shoulders covered and quit it with the ugly bared shoulder and strapless look. There's nothing worse than looking at a bride constantly adjusting her bust because her dress keeps slipping down. You can have altered perfectly, but the principles of gravity still apply on your wedding day. The point of wearing white is to show virtuousness. What's the point of wearing white if your bosom is popping out??? And last but certainly not least, the music. Brides, please, please, please do your research. There are more options than Pachabells canon and Jesu Joy of Man's desiring. Although both pieces of have earned a place in history, you are royalty that day and you rise above mediocrity that day. Make you wedding something that people haven't seen and if they have, make it memorable. Elegance does not mean gaudy and busy. The more simple the more elegant. Make your bridesmaids cover their shoulders and legs. They're not street walkers or your workers in a brothel. They want to look nice and feel like they're not exposed to the world either. Eyes are on them too.
Go for timelessness and elegance at your wedding. You can never go wrong with pearls and you can never go wrong with tradition. But you can go wrong by doing too much. Make your guests go "Ooh that was pretty!" rather than "Been there, done that" or the dreaded "Her dress was too revealing" Yes, I've heard it and seen it. Развлечения
Awesome music for the wedding! Beautiful church! Yes, a big smile on the Bide and Groom's faces was so nice to see! Such a time of joy and wonderful plans for the future! ❤
I love a long sleeved wedding dress!! I think they're so elegant and beautiful!!
The bride is absolutely lovely. The organist and trumpeter, flawless. Bridesmaids modestly dressed, except no woman in this church has her head covered except the bride ( but shoulders were prioritized? I saw that at an Orthodox wedding). Can't tell if this is a Roman Catholic Church(looks like it) or an Episcopal one but no one genuflects here. May they be blessed with all happiness.
I think it is beautiful. Good for them and their not half naked thing. Good for the traditional touches. The joy on that bride's face just touched my heart, her special wonderful day. I never had that.
The acoustics are absolutely amazing.
My heart melted when the bride and groom met up at the end and she looked at him and said “Hi!” I can only hope and pray someday to find a wife who will look at me in the same way. ❤️
what a lovely thing to say, i also hope you do. What a lovely wedding too x
I still say “hi” the same way. 11 years and going strong.
What a beautiful song for a wedding procession. I am in my 60s and my fiance is 60
We hope to be married In our catholic church this year! The music was totally awesome
Wishing you all happiness and a beautiful ceremony.
All the best to you. Catholics do great weddings.
First time I have seen the attendants meet half way down the aisle. Very creative
Yes, unique.
I walked down the aisle to Pachebel’s chorus and back to Trumpet Voluntary. The wedding was in an exquisite church with a hundred year old organ. We had a wind quintet at the reception, 2 days before Christmas. They played medieval and Renaissance carols.
Love and congratulations to you both.god bless you. May you have a long happy 😆 and beautiful marriage.
The bride is beautiful! And it's a dignified procession, the way it should be!
How beautiful, thank you for sharing this section of your beautiful wedding service.
This is St Joseph's Cathedral in Buffalo NY. I've been to several weddings at St Joe's. The organ is a Hooks and Hasting built in 1876 for the Philadelphia Centennial Exposition.
Splendid..... those trumpets!
Jeremiah Clarke’s Trumpet Voluntary sounds more majestic with a trumpet than without one
Every thing was beautiful no need to jealousy other people's celebration. The bride was fabulous.
very.very Beautiful Trumpet Voluntary Song .My Sister had this as her Wedding Processional Song when her and her Husband Got Married out at The West Point Army Base Out in New York on May 26Th 1988.
Beautiful church and acoustics!
Outstanding!
Splendid. Not much more to say than that :)
The Best Registered Organ followed By two of the Best Trumpeters I have ever heard
Believe it or not it was only trumpet and he was a high school senior. He won all state honors and was amazing
I swear anything would sound amazing in this church.
This is great! My heart melts! Tears… ❤❤❤
It’s to joyful still seeing people getting married in catholic parishes. The music just adds a lot more joy and happiness to the wedding
Pomijając treść filmu, duże wrażenie robi wspaniały balans dżwięku trąbki z organami. Wiele razy słyszałem wyrażną dominację trąbki bez zwyczajnego zbadania akustyki kościoła, tutaj dżwięki wspaniale przelewają się momentami nad monumentalnymi głosami organowymi
That hello is what my fiance did to me way back in '78.....
Lovely, respectful, modestly dressed. Such a delightful surprise.
Beautiful!
Well done, my colleague!
Its was just great music playing and the tune was great to listen to, the bride looked just great, a real good looking woman, its was well done and everything about looked good, a nice setting.
LOL LOL Every Bride is Beautiful Katie Knauth . Don't KNock 'em lass
There is nothing more beautiful than a Catholic Mass to be married in so so awesome. The bride and groom where the BEST. Thanks for sharing your beautiful day with all of us.
Thank you for posting. This was pretty popular as a wedding processional 46 years ago, when my wife and I selected it on an organist friend's recommendation.
John E It is still very popular, and most people associate it with a wedding.
It is the Trumpet voluntary written by Jeremiah Clarke.
It doesn't matter how bad or good the wedding dress is nor how fancy or elegant you want the wedding to be, as long as you are joined of hands by God that's all that matters.
Amen.
Amen. Yes.
Simply gorgeous and in very good taste.
Done beautifully
The bride and her bridesmaids were modestly dressed; that's nice to see for a change. their gowns are beautiful. The trumpet voluntary is actually The Prince of Denmark March, by Jerimiah Clarke. It was our processional at our wedding. ...Ode to Joy was our recessional.
I cried the music was so beautiful!!
Love this procession!
Nice sounding organ, nice bright trumpet! Good balance, Great acoustic space for organ and trumpet.
I am watching this for the first time. It was a beautiful processional. Too bad more people were not there to see it. .
what a beautiful bride and an absolutely gorgeous dress!
I agree.....My DH & I used to do wedding photography(he passed away 16 yrs ago). I did one wedding(photography) 4 months after he passed away and it was soooo hard to do. I have had many, many people ask me to do weddings, and I just can't. This was so nice.....Bride was gorgeous!
that was awesome. I once played the entrance for a wedding.... i nearly passed out hahaha they were walking so slow! and i wasn't properly warn about that!!!! AAARRRGG!!
The only bride I’ve seen so far who wears her veil correctly..,down over her face until she reaches her groom at the altar when he then lifts it back...well done, and loved the music again. ❤️❤️👏🏻👏🏻
LOOOOOOOOOOOVE the dress!!!!!!!! Thank you for choosing a dress with a train!!!!! LOVE THE TRAIN!!!!!!
Lovely outfits, well rehearsed, great horn, not so great cameraman.
The only place I know of where women cannot bare their shoulders is Westminster Abbey. This goes for everybody...wedding party and guests. But since only members of England's royal family, members of the Order of the Bath and their children can get married there, none of us have to worry about it. However ladies, if Prince George should happen to invite you to a wedding there, be sure not to wear a strapless dress! They won't let you in!
BTW, this wedding looked absolutely amazing!! So beautiful!! I also walked down the aisle to Trumpet Voluntary.
Yep. Novus Ordo. Priest waddling in in crimplene chasuble. Way to go indeed!
hahaha! That's hilarious to see a fellow traddie here...
Indeed a best wedding my dear. God Bless
The description was pretty rude, told tell people that they’re ugly and don’t tell them how to have their wedding, I thought the bride was beautiful and the arrangement of the music was great
He's such a fool! IGNORANT comment in his description. Beautiful wedding ceremony. Lovely music.
Dont show an ankle or a shoulder or else someone might think you are a "street walker".... For real, HOW DISGUSTING. (This person is disgusting, not the thought of seeing a tiny bit of skin)
Is this Couple still married? That is a BEAUTIFUL EXQUISITE DRESS!! Lovely lovely entrance!
Yes maam we are. 11 years and going strong. Still in love.

Wow, you were invited to that wedding and decided to post this video with such a mean video description. Pretty awful.
We chose Jeremiah Clarke for our wedding, as well -- in the early 1970s it was a rather popular alternative to Wagner.
Awesome!
This was a beautiful arrangement. I don't really see why the judgmental and lengthy caption for this video was necessary. Everyone is different. Drop the superiority complex and just be grateful for what you have.
Agreed!
Correct. Lovely wedding arrangement and excellent taste of music!
Perhaps it is meant as a general advice to future brides to avoid negative criticism. The bride is the 'QUEEN' on her wedding day!
Agreed. Beautiful music. Ridiculous caption.
I KNOW, RIGHT? She comes a cross like such a snobby bitch!
Good advice.
Majestic music; beautiful bride, cool tuxes.
Everything about this is so beautiful!
What a beautiful dress.
Very nice trumpet; good chops and endurance! When the wedding party is large the individual behind the trumpet as to be prepared to keep it going until the bride and dad gets all the way in. This is great trumpet playing and a beautiful wedding.
Awesome trumpeter!
And believe it or not, he was 17 years old!!!!
is this church in columbia sc ?
Very, very nice, indeed.
Very classy indeed!
Quit hating on this wedding! I think this was beautiful and the bride looks so happy and she looked great in her dress!
Beautiful wedding and we've watched it so often you people almost feel like family! :) Speaking of "family," the second groomsman sure looks a lot like Lenny Montana, the actor who played Luca Brasi in The Godfather! Funny too, in the novel, Luca gets involved with an Irish redhead girl so seeing this fellow paired with the readhead really made the resemblance even more! :) A shame people have to be so insulting with their comments on what's supposed to be someone's happiest day! God bless you all!
I completely agree with Misfitzy Edits this was beautiful .
She’s beautiful especially her smile.
all looked beautiful
Very nice, indeed. I liked the music, and how it was played. Thank you for posting!
This is just beautiful and so religious and respectful love it.
Prince Jørgens March/Hymn to the monarch of Denmark. Seems US. Shame noones ever used it in Denmark...
Awe, did everyone see the little flower girl stop in front of the photographer?? She thought she was getting her picture taken... until she was pushed aside!! Poor baby!!
Why try and spoil the most special day this couples will have? I know that I would sooner be with them rather than Katie!
Music sounds familiar think this was the same as what princess diana walked down the Isle too when married prince Charles
Trumpet voluntary
this is beyond sweeet! wish you all the love and happiness in the world xxx
What song is that
Does anyone know the name of the Cathedral in which this was performed? If you look at the beginning of the video, you can see the Bishop's Cathedra or seat - done in green - the color of office for a bishop.
St Joseph's in Buffalo, NY
we thank you.@@lynnedgar163
Nearly 6 yrs on, l hope this lovely couple are well and blessed. Everyone looked very nice, especially the bride. Beautiful dress. Liked the select piece of music.
We are still together and as happy ever. Thank you :)
In the description, you suggest that people should care about what their guests think at their wedding. This is ironic, considering you only have about 10 guests who bothered to come to YOUR wedding....
lol
Beautiful music Best wishes to you both for your future life together Best wishes from LONDON UK
The "best" processional is the one you love. Get over yourself.
I love Trumpet volontery we walked out to it at our wedding.
why is the church basically empty
Large church. Small family. Intimate service? Not a performance. This is a wedding service.
It's a small, family wedding
This is neither a Bach or a Pachelbel (my spelling is the correct spelling, not yours). This is the Prince of Denmark's march, written by English Baroque composer Jeremiah Clarke. Drop the attitude
You are 100% correct!
It is Clarke’s Trumpet voluntary, and should be played slightly faster than in this video.
@@virginiafry9854 ... as it was for our wedding 46 years ago this Sunday.
John E Congrats on your wedding anniversary
Connor Crafton-Tempel Obvious
She really looked like she had trouble walking in that dress...
not a lot of people showed up for the wedding
Perhaps not a lot of people were invited duh.
Hardly the "best wedding processional" as the title implies, but word on the street indicates that, yes, the boy scout did earn his badge for learning a musical instrument...
Beautiful music and beautiful wedding party! All the best.
She should have let some time lapse between her and the children. It should have been her moment.
What piece is this?!?!
Jeremiah Clarke, Prince of Denmark March. Better known as Trumpet Voluntary.
Huzzah for the ring bearer! Dressed for stardom, unlike the guy in a striped golf shirt. From the excess of avoirdupois I assume this is a midwestern wedding.
oh, its novus ordo geez
The only part I didn't like, was the groomsmen walking down to escort the bridesmatrons up the aisle, instead of escorting them, to begin with.
what a shame the church is so empty.
A wedding really should only be for the closest loved ones. It doesn't matter even if there was nobody there but the bride and groom.
@@sherryd3299 That's a huge church to fill!
the song from the original royal wedding
We all do it differently. I was the daughter of a man of the cloth - there were no less than 8 men in dog collars (assorted relations and other "priests") at our wedding in 1983. My brother was a cathedral organist and I appreciate music. Tongue in cheek, I chose to walk out to The War March of the Priests..........
What church was this filmed at?
I think it's St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Cathedral in Buffalo, NY USA.
Her bouquet is almost as big as
She is!
Beautiful.
The music is the Trumpet Voluntary by Jeremiah Clarke, and should be played slightly faster - but I think the tempo in this video was to suit the procession of the maids of honour.
Pity about the organist’s fumble at 1:45 - he/she seemed to change key temporarily
That would be Clark
I do love a more traditional wedding! The modesty is wonderful in most of these women. It is very cheap looking to have a bride who is, often times, showing more than she should, and furthermore, it just doesn't look pretty. The same goes for the bridesmaids.. Make them look pretty, and elegant. I've always loved the Trumpet Voluntary, as it is a very regal and beautiful march, but this is the first time I have heard it in a wedding! I must say, I am not a fan of the catholic traditions, but that aside, it was pretty good.
