Skyward Sword HD was quite a bit better, and ran at double the framerate of the original, but I still think Nintendo is asking too much for it. Metroid Prime Remastered was a good example of where the price should be for something like this. @@WERV2003

Then you realize that the Switch is less limited in tessellation than the PS4, the PS4 has immense difficulties in dealing with material displacements, here you can notice several objects and terrains with geometric deformations. Even though the Switch's GPU doesn't offer floating point performance, it has the same geometry pipeline as Maxwellv2 and Pascal, so this is closer to the new generation than GCN2 on PS4 and XO.
I've been playing Luigi's Mansion 2 HD combined with the Mclassic and 4k Gamer Pro. It looks fantastic! I'm on a LG G2 so just up the Game Black Level a bit in Game Optimiser and it looks great!
I had a feeling this was going to be a downgrade from LM3. I’m perfectly fine with that. What’s really throwing me off so far is the terrible controls.
The name "HD" implies that this isn't a Remake (Like Paper Mario TTYD) so it was obvious that even in the better case this will still look worse than LM3.

@@BayEra-p2x un remaster es un port de un juego usualmente "mejorado" visualmente y aveces se le añaden cosas o caracteristicas que no estan en el original, un remake es "reimaginar" un juego, tipicamente que ya muestra su edad, es un juego hecho desde 0 que rara vez contiene material de el juego original, hay muchos remasters que parecen remakes pero este nisiquiera es uno de ellos, Metroid Prime remastered o Xenoblade Definitive Edition son buen ejemplos de remasters tan buenos que parecen remasters, pero son remasters luigis mansion 2 es un juego que toma todo lo del original y lo portearon a un motor un poco mas moderno y todos los modelos tienen mucho mas poligonos y hay detalles visuales que no avian estado ahi antes

I got it for 39.04 with a free poster. Just look around for it cheaper.
