@@Juice1919 Yeah I mean the man is just devoted to the craft first and foremost. His public identity is taking longer to blossom (atleast on social media), but there is also something valuable about a slow transition.
I like the fact Hanna says what disc she is using and what type if shot she is going for. Good mental aspect of her game and man she is getting good too! Can't wait to see her in some tourneys
I, for one, really appreciate it when you guys talk through thought processes before a shot. Even though my game isn’t anywhere near your level, Hannah, just hearing someone think through a shot is helpful. Plus, “you do you” is always good advice. 😀
Hannah just keeps getting better. So many great lines thown. Guess that happens when playing with and being around 1 of the best players who's ever lived. Would like to see a few Hannah forehands even though she has a fantastic anny backhand so it's not critical. Also a bit more speed/aggression with the putter when there's no danger nearby. Thanks for posting. P.S. the more commentary and conversation, the better.
Greetings from northern Sweden here. I would like to point out my personal rule of thumb: "As long as you can still speak without getting a mouthfull of bugs its just another normal day." just after midsummer is usually the mosquito peak where I live and they are not all bad, they add another source of fun: you get to laugh at your groupmates when they suddenly get unexpected visitors in their mouth. This year we may see less mosquitoes though since we didn't feed them last weekend (we postponed our local c-tier indefinately due to covid) Edit: This also teaches you to laugh with semi-gritted teeth to avoid being the next source of fun for your groupmates.
Dang, it was really fun to watch you guys practice together! Paul are you teaching Hannah on what to improve or do you let her figure it out herself? She's getting better!
Just letting you know Paul I just started disc golf. You've inspired me to become a ton better. Only thing is I am not sure what steps need to be taken to get better. I bought a basket and practice putting. I can't get any distance at all. Practice my form for 2 to 3 hours a day. Anything you could say. I know your a busy guy! Thanks!!
@@JOCKElNVICTUS it wasnt stolen, it was given to her. Paul might not have a say in it, but it was given. just like with the disc in the video he gave her.
That park is 1/2 mile from my house! I've played the course many times. Everyone can rest easy, Sandusky is an Indian word that means cold water. As they experienced the gnats in Lynchburg this time of year can be rough.

I like seeing what disc you guys are throwing. Personally, I would love to see some videos where both of you go into what disc and line you are throwing and why.
I also enjoy the shot walkthroughs. They are quite interesting and honestly I'm much closer to Hannah's level than Pauls, so it is most interesting from her.
Paul seems like a nice guy now, but he does not have a natural outgoing personality everyone is so used to seeing on RUclips, thank goodness for Hanna, Paul has the top notch skills everyone loves to watch, and he can lean on Hanna's sweet and cheerful personality to make it watchable, and she makes fun and relevant comments because she knows the sport, nice job Hanna! I have to say, I still like Lizotte's channel more, but this channel and Smith's channel are quickly becoming some of my RUclips favorites to watch.
Great Video it always helps me when Hannah ask question to Paul and a lot of them I struggle on and it helps me fix my game... so a practice round for you helped my practice just sitting here!
I think this shows really well the difference between a good player and a great player, you can see most often paul is that crucial 5-10m closer to the basket which allows him to make the easier putt. For example in the first two holes, theres not that much difference in the drives but its that small difference in distance that makes paul get birdies and leaves hannah with a really tough putt.
Thanks for letting me observe you on the course IRL that day. Sorry if that was creepy. And no, I definitely didn't ace 14, although I did hit the pole on 16.
Would you do a video explaining the different grip styles you use for each type of disc? Finding the proper grip for throwing a putter for distance has been a little challenging.
RespectIsNotFree try using a two or three knuckle grip (like a power grip, but without the pinkie and ring finger). I have found that much more useful than a fan grip when trying to throw a putter near 100%.
I had to search what or who steff cury was, thought he/she was a disc golfer. I have so many questions about disc golf, with inevitably hitting trees and ones that hit metal chains how long do discs last before they don't work as well or at all? Want to shave, get an old dual edge razor, shavette or straight razor they are relatively cheap, all you need will be a brush and shave soap. Been shaving like that for years. Shave soaps last a long time and are relatively cheap. If your someone looking to save money this is the way to go, considering modern multi-blade replacement razors are outrageously priced. Only issue is you can fall into an endless pit with all the soap. aftershave/splash scents, different razors, blades and all. Nothing beats a nice relaxing shave and shaving is no longer a chore but something to look forward to.
Thanks for the video Paul and Hannah. Love watching y’all destroy courses. Are you going to be at idle wild? If so I’ll definitely be swinging down through. Thanks again for the vid and if you’re ever in Indiana and you’ve got a day I would love to have you all swing up through union city and play my course.
Hannah you are actually insanely good. I think you could actually start winning some of the big tournaments with more practice. You have exceptional athleticism and probably the best coach in the game as a partner!
If Paul happens to read this or someone who knows. What was behind the decision to change Avenger SS mold and plastic from old ESP to current ESP? Avenger SS used to be flat and now it has a significant dome and plastic is a lot stiffer than old ESP. Stiffer plastic might not cause a bounce in a roller than softer plastic does. That is my guess why new Avenger SS is stiffer. Is that correct? With a dome they might be looking for more glide but wouldn't flatter disc be better for rollers or is it planned so that it would go right quicker? Or did you want to change the stability with a dome?
Haven't played the course, thanks for the video ya'll. Hey are the cicadas making noise down there yet? I'm up in the DC Metro area and want to play a few rounds down there during peak cicada forest echo times 🙂

Paul's throws and especially putting seems to be getting better and better after he lost it a bit. Not a surprise though since tournaments are approaching. Hannah has improved a lot in the past year. Looking good. Few more steps and she'll be challenging Cat, Paige and few ladies from this side of the Atlantic. Definitely chance to challenge all the women behind them. Looking at the older champs vs chumps and Hannah now, very big improvement.
I mean this with respect, but I think Paul needs to be a bit nicer to Hannah. How about a compliment once per round at least? Love watching you guys regardless. Keep it coming!
I would have say after watching this.....you both throw VERY smooth...maybe that is the key to all of this? I will try next time to just throw slower and smoother to just see what happens!

When Steph Curry shoots from half court, he says, “this is for Paul McBeth”

Timothy Marchand are you sure?
