You are a legend for making these audiobooks available. I think the thing to remember with him is that whether or not Don Juan is fact or fiction or somewhere inbetween is not the point. This is a very unique magickal grimoire and as such there are no boundaries between fact and fiction: the lines are intentionally blurred so that those that have 'eyes to see and ears to hear' will find what has been passionately and meticulously mapped out for the seeker that finds themselves stumbling upon this particular body of information. Castaneda has left behind and given us an incredible treasure trove to explore. And some of the most valuable jewels in the collection only shine when the eyes are ready to see them. Thank you again.
This tec as in from the Toltec is not just Mexican, but ancient and global. Turkish Sufi, Indian yogy and Sri, Iranian Sikh, Chinese Tai-chii and Qigong, etc.

Luis Moreno is amazing! thank you for your wonderful channel & books, such an uncomparable difference with so many who put 'computer' voices on books, that's so horrible 😢, thanks from Belgium

I studied all of CC's books, practiced the passes too. Unfortunately he invented the movements and used them to consolidate consensus surround the new sorceric system of interpretation. That did not pan out because people got fixated on the accuracy of the movements and lost the emphasis on silencing the mind. There is no need to know the passes, a simple daily walk is sufficient, what's more important is stopping the internal dialogue at will.
Carlos was a terrific writer, one of the very best of the second half of the 20th century but... "If there were someone like Don Juan he would be enlightened, he would be like a Buddha or a Lao Tzu - but there is nobody like Don Juan. Carlos Castaneda's books are ninety-nine per cent fiction - beautiful, artful, but fiction. As there are scientific fictions, there are spiritual fictions also. There are third-rate spiritual fictions and first-rate ones. If you want first-rate, then read Carlos Castaneda. He is a great master - of fiction. But I say ninety-nine per cent fiction. One per cent of truth is there, hidden here and there; you will have to find it. It is good even to read it as fiction. But Carlos Castaneda is worth reading. When I say fiction I don't mean don't read him, I mean read him more carefully, because one per cent of truth is there. You will have to read it very carefully, but don't swallow it completely because it is ninety-nine per cent fiction .So one per cent of Don Juan must be there somewhere or other. He must have met somebody; maybe his name was Don Juan, maybe not, that is not material, that doesn't matter. Carlos has come across a being superior to himself, he has come across a being who knows some secrets. Maybe he has not realized them, maybe he has stolen them, maybe he has just borrowed them from someone else. But he has met somebody who has somehow got some facts of spiritual life and this man has been able to create imagination around it. And the imagination becomes possible if you use drugs as a help - very easy, because drugs are nothing but an aid to imagination. This man has come across some being who knows something, and then through drugs, he has projected that small truth into imaginary worlds. Then his whole fiction is created. It is a drug trip, but a good experiment in itself. And when I say all these things I am not condemning Carlos. In fact I have come to love the man. It is a rare flight of imagination, and if it is a hundred per cent fiction then Carlos himself is a rare being. If he has not come across anybody at all then he must have that one per cent of reality in himself. Because otherwise it is impossible - you can only build a house on a foundation, even an imaginary house needs at least a foundation in reality. You can make a house of cards but at least the ground, the solid ground is needed. That much is true. So read, because you will have to read. Every age has its own fictions, romances; one has to pass through them. You will have to read. You cannot escape Carlos Castaneda. But remember that only one per cent is true - and you have to find it."
Fiction breeds non fiction eventually. Not everyone will experience the same life we all take part in. Doesn't make that 99% fiction. I have experienced many of these teachings. Long before I even knew about this beautiful book.
Is this really the same narrator as the other books? The other readings were so easy to listen to, but I find this one so difficult in comparison. If it is the same person, he seems like he is either having an angry bad day or drank too much coffee.
Agree with the other comment. Even if you're not ready for it, listen to it and let it register into your subconscious. When you come back to it when you feel impressed to do so, it will open and make sense.

Seeing is believing you may go beyond the realm of normal comprehension where the view is spectacular... not a spectacle

I'm indeed grateful to you for all these learnings mindsets and passes you have made available through this book and the others. Cheers
I was hoping this was a sequel to The art of Dreaming. That book felt incomplete. This book sounds like a list of lists about Mexico qigong.
Thank you
This is extremely helpful to me

This man intellect won't let him realize the obvious
Maybe I’m the only one who can’t understand it without visual assistance
I have to write it down and recreate it physically as described for it to make any sense to me.
You can find it in RUclips in video search using the book name

Hmcm
The Latin L Ron Hubbard😂
These stupid later books spoilt the earlier series of brilliant storytelling, propagated solely to create a cult.
Go away
