Yes, pure luck. But what I can tell you is MSWGR uses mod to manipulate the part tokens directly, so he just needs time to acquire those 6 perfect cards.

it's more preference really. if you want to have an easier time maxing NOS and speed, go outlaw. for brakes, either nextech of chidori. speed for the former and accel for the latter. altho there are specific cars like the 918 which are easier to max with chidori since it only accepts 1 speed perk
i've been thinking of getting nfs payback. and i wonter if the comunity here thinks it's worth it. also how does vehicle upgrade system work do you get random parts from winning races or can you buy upgrades with the ingame currency and then earn special upgrades for those from the lootboxes.(i dont do alot of online racing im just looking for a racing game to have casual fun in)
Well with the latest update, it is now easier to grind thanks to the catch up packs, you can get speed cards by winning races, buying them or trade in system by using 3 part tokens. They are not that hard to get imo and same thing goes to shipments, I get around 5-10 of them per day. I consider you buying payback if you liked most wanted and underground 2. My issues are that the acting can be better, grinding early in the game can be a pain in the ass and no freeroam cops.
ANTHONY STYLE actually he admitted to using mods to get all those part tokens and for him to get perfect rolls it takes him about 1000-4000 part tokens just to get perfect cards and that is also the way he is 399 already but the starter pack probably wouldn't hurt if he used it
