Been listening to Freddie since 2011 or so and he just dropped another banger of an album. Always works with some of the greatest producers ever too like Al and Madlib. His rise has been fun to see.
He got deep on this album. Dark Hearted got me today. Vulnerability from Freddie is really refreshing, it takes me back to You Only Live 2wice

Been a Gibbs fan since 2011 when he, Smoke DZA and Statik Selektah did "Keep it Warm for Ya" off the LRG compilation. $$$ shows some personal growth on his part. Can't wait for Montana to complete his trilogy with Madlib.

I don't know why it is so rare to get a Freddie Gibbs interview but I always tune in to them because you really get to see his true personality. He is such a mystical rapper that you sometimes don't truly know what to make of him, and that is what adds to his luster; the mystique.
