I understand 808s importance and influence to the genre, I just don't listen to it all that often as it's a very mood specific album for me. Almost all of Ye's albums are exceptional and a lot of them are classics as well. To me he is the greatest artist of all time. No ones list will be the same.

1. Yeezus (11/10) - I love how experimental it is, and all the songs are consistently good. I even have the Yeezus CD! Definitely my favorite Kanye album.

2. MBDTF (10/10) - Back to back amazing tracks. (By the way, I like making people mad, so.. I don't get the DIAND hype. Yet.)

3. Graduation (10/10) - So many classic tracks, and a really cool vibe. Love this a lot.

4. 808's and Heartbreak (9/10) - I love the style that Kanye went for on 808's. It has some really good songs.

5. ye (9/10) - Yet again, the feel of this album is really nice. (I'm not good at describing these, so it'll probably be just this over and over lmao)

This has to be bait bro like it has to be. As soon as I saw ye at 8 I knew that this was gonna be bad. Late Registration at 6 was WILD. Graduation at 5 was ABSOLUTELY BLASPHEMOUS. Everything after that, I was just waiting for Yeezus. And every time it wasn’t Yeezus, I was more and more appalled (some would say SO appalled). But yeah never let bro rank again please👍

i've heard this take so many times online and i don't understand it. besides on sight, yeezus barely sounds like death grips imo. they def had some inspiration on the album but i don't see yeezus as a ripoff. also not enough ppl understand what this album did for underground electronic music. kanye got producers that were early in their careers (arca, gesaffelstein, hudson mohawk, travis scott) to work on this album and now their some of the best producers in the world today
