I'm trying to learn how to balance and understand what's happening I have visions or dreams and premonitions and empathy scares me because my body soul feels the pain it is overwhelming and I don't know how to handle the pain or sadness and hurt that I absorb. Since I was a small child I've felt things, I've seen things, and went threw many traumas. Which ended up with me being a sickly child which numerous Dr's couldn't explain. It's lead to addiction within myself. I've been labeled sensitive by family even employer's which I've hated. But last 3yrs I've healed greatly and now I know the meaning n understand these abilities.
I was called a “crybaby” frequently as a child, started wishing on stars, dandelion fluff and anything that might grant my wish for changing my parents, my family, my reality, that someone would save me from the bullying, abuse, and overwhelming adult responsibilities. I started getting migraines as I got older and people would tell me that I needed to grow a “thicker skin”. I tried to “be the change you wish to see in the world”, naively believing that people would treat me better if I just believed that they would. In school, I would make friends with kids who seemed to be friend-less. I still could never stop feeling so much, and it wasn’t until my dark night of the soul (which started around the beginning of 2020, I think) that I finally learned how to create boundaries to protect myself. It has not occurred to me before this reading that all I have to do is shine my light. I appreciate hearing this after having been programmed to work hard and harder. It feels very freeing! I was called a “crybaby” frequently as a child, started wishing on stars, dandelion fluff and anything that might grant my wish for changing my parents, my family, my reality, that someone would save me from the bullying, abuse, and overwhelming adult responsibilities. I started getting migraines as I got older and people would tell me that I needed to grow a “thicker skin”.
