As for illumination. This was so helpful and so true for me. It seems to be increasing daily. For a long time it created problems for me because I didnt know how to handle it or what was happening. Yesterday the kids at my little music school performed recitals all day. One girl I had only had a few times as a sub sat next to me. She said her throat felt closed for three days…lump in it..and her mom denied her feelings and she cried. I calmed her. And explained the throat chakra and release.
