Great video, man, very well done! I have two Tunas so far: the SBBN031 and the SBBN033. I can’t express how much I love the way these look and wear. I only have 6.5” wrists but these wear smaller than a Sumo, for example, for anyone looking for a comparison. Those tucked lugs make a world of a difference. Yes it’s taller and a bit on the chonky-side but lug-to-lug it is shockingly short in-person. Most likely I’ll be adding a SBBN035 in the coming days because why not?!
@RandomUser221 I've added a SBBN037 since making that comment lol. Tunas are addicting. I've been wanting a vintage Golden Tuna, funny you mention that! ;)
Great video! Don't forget the Seiko 7549/7548/7C43 movements. Many point out that the 7549/7548 movements are even more resilient do to their construction. The main difference between the 7C43 and the 7C46 is the 46 has a longer battery life. Check out Spencer Kline's RUclips channel for lots of great in-depth information about all kinds of Tunas and Seikos in general. Cheers!
Thx for this gr8 comprehensive review. I favour the 35 over the the sbbn031 but it doesn't have the bracelet of the 31 which I think is really cool. Which would you go for?
hi, i just watch your review this 2024..the tuna looks real good but also looks too huge for my small 6" wrist..would you tell me your wrist size or your opinion, will it fit to my 6" wrist??thanks
Great job! I too believe it's the best Bezel but people just don't get it. What's important to know is that if you remove the Bezel there is of course a click spring but the big difference is that under the Bezel there is a rubber o ring making the Bezel slide much like a friction bezel. As you say, the Bezel really can't be compared. I personally love the Tudor bezel and Rolex and Damasko as the all utilize ball bearings so that why the click is soft but very finite. Seiko MM is unlike any I have experienced! Thanks for the great video!!
Great insight and love the Japan date in negative format :)) You really do makes detailed reviews, and why you don't have thousands and thousands of subs I have no idea??? Thanks for sharing and now you've got me interested :)
@@watchroll3310 Could be the tags??? but you really should be on loads more... will add you on my recommended channels on my page and see if I can squeeze you one more :))
Watch & Roll It’s a little tricky to find how to do it... but you need to find customise channel... then just add the URL... but you’re a clever guy into details so you’ll find it i’m sure... really like your style... and you really keep the level of interest peeking which isn’t easy... I make my videos sometimes too long, but i’m doing for those who want all that geek side... really liking your 300... but seen a few models that don’t have the day of the week, so have to be careful when looking.
I wanted the 600m for the year I was born but I settled on getting a good deal on a green SafArnie AniDig instead. I know its not how its done but its a Tuna and that's good enough for me.
Plus its Solar and any watch I buy from now on I try and go solar. The maintenance issues are so minimal compared to ANYTHING else. For instance trying to own an Auto for long term...you better really like that watch. Yikes.
Hello, I was wondering if buying the watch from a seller on Amazon would be under factory warranty? The seller is CW US. Condition is listed as New but I’m not sure of the watch is 5 years old now? Did they only make this model in 2015? Thanks for any help you can provide.
I think they continued to make this model until this last year as they just released a new model. If you try to buy this model on amazon it will not come with a warranty since this is a JDM model. I got this one on Seiya japan and it came with an international warranty. Your best bet might be getting it from Seiya japan.
@@greenerick I watched the video Erick And it explains when the dot tells you the estimated time to change a battery but doesn't tell you when the battery was put in
I had this issue but I found the dot about the date timeline. As mentioned it shows the date that the first battery should replaced. The advantage of changing at this exact time is that you will be on track and know when the next battery change is do (5 yrs). I guess the change battery dot tells us when the watch was made or fitted with the battery as it should be the change date minus 5 yrs. I bought used and it's marked that I should change beginning of 2023 so the watch must have been manufactured 2018.

Very nice review!
I just bought a SBBN031 from Seiya a few days ago, and I am loving it. One question, what strap is that on your SBBN035?
Thank you! Is a Barton elite strap
As much as we want the other watches to be be better the fact is the darth tuna rules them.
The water acts that way cos of the polarity of the crystal. The MM harflex probably has some kind of coating on it
