    Furnish Finder got us our first renter, a doctor and his family. It was a great experience for both of us. They left the house in as good or better than they found it. It gave them time to find a perfect home with acreage.

    Always pay with PayPal or a credit card. If you start a claim (w the credit card company) and you want to cancel an Airbnb/plane tickets before the day has even come, credit cards will always refund you!!!!

      Ive argued with Expedia and American Airlines for a refund (because I was cancelling a trip) on two separate occasions. They denied it of course. Called the credit card company and received a full refund.

    I'm looking to start providing housing for traveling nurses. What would you say most nurses use to get to work? Uber, personal/rental vehicle, or public transit? The housing within 10-15mins to work.

      Most travelers will rive to their work location or ship their car, so most of us have our own personal vehicle. Being 10-15 mins from work is a great commute

    Great video and very enlightening. How does one get individual people renting out a room on their house? I feel this would be probably the cheapest

    Hey! I’m graduating nursing school this year and I was just wondering how many years of experience did you have of nursing before you went to travel nursing? 💜

    • @NurseLexi
      @NurseLexi  2 года назад +2

      I had about 14 months of experience. 2 years is what most companies look for

    Great content. Do you give your tenants access to your mailbox so that they can start receiving mail? Or do you require that they maintain a PO Box?
