Pretty amazing. I'm curious what the rate is for serious injury.
I like their creativity and hardworking attitude.But they seem they don't care about safety principles and conditions. They walk on fire carrying fire.No proper shoes , clothes and gloves.The handles of the buckets they use to carry the molten iron are scary.If this break the danger is unavoidable.

I wonder how long it will take for these to shake themselves apart. No washers used and nuts and bolts just tightening against cast surfaces, often still with the cast draft angle on the part. Not a spring, shakeproof washer or Nyloc nut in sight.

I had wondered the same. I suppose any jam, the only "safety" if anything, would be break away bolts on the PTO shaft? I'm an engineer, and go to many of these types of countries to install advanced multi-million dollar equipment and train. I'm like a GOD, when I'm there, engineers, and people come from all around to just watch me rig, and install and train. I don't care to bring up safety, because they are of a very different mindset than us. It is just plane silly to say they aren't wearing steal toed boots, and safety glasses, etc. etc. they'd laugh in your face. Wouldn't wear them if you gave it to them. But I would add.... imagine getting yourself stuck in that thing. You'd have your limb ripped off at a minimum. I was not present, but next to the huge Heidelberg Press I installed, was another from the 1970's that was missing every guard, no working motor brake, pinch guard..... and right after I left it entirely ripped the young mans arm clean off. So tragic. Fun to watch them work, you know more about this than me, I see you are a season millwright. I'm setting up a machine shop now at our firm. I did not want to go in this direction, but we have to have mills, and lathes to modify our machines, adjust parts, make some parts here/ there. (We try and send most things out but its just not possible many times due to timing.) I use a mold and die shop in the area to do my outside work. I was sent there years ago when no other company could make a very technical part, and we became friends. I'm very fortunate, as they give me the price of a machine shop, and slip my work in as if it was a priority. (I'm a small fish to them.) I tease them now that I have machine equipment, "if your operator is ever out on vacation and you need someone to fill in, I'm your man! I can get anything within 1/4" GUARANTEED!" LOL You could teach me at quite a few things I'm certain.
Also, no grease zerts, no oil in bearings, amazing.
This is the different between these guys and the west they replace safety with brain.and they replace fear discipline and on top of that they are behind allah(god) to protect them against any danger most technicians been doing this for decades.
The craftsmenship is ok but I cannot understand how they don't use calipers or gauges.Safety zero,loose clothing on heavy machinery.Take care of your health but still thumbs up😮👍

А сколько всяких насекомых вонючих и ядовитых обитает в тростнике, об этом даже в голову никому не приходит подумать. Зато вкус наверно своеобразный. Им точно нравится. В конце ролика мужик с ноги галошу снял, подставил под струю, сок набрал ,напился, галошу опять на ногу, и черт его не берет. Мало того, он довольный ухмыляется и облизывается… Значит вкусно. А вообще они трудяги и умеют работать и делать буквально на коленке разные толковые вещи. Такие выживут в любых обстоятельствах. Не то что некоторые, даже не умеют шнурки завязать себе на ботинках.
