Hi~ there were also a lot of one-room apartments and 하속집 (boarding house?) near the university. You have to contact a real estate agency for that. I am not sure it KNU assists international students who wish to live outside the University however you can always ask them. :)
Wow, I'm EXO-L too and I'm interested in Kangwon National University. I wonder if the school has a communications or media related industry? I've seen it in many places but the information isn't accurate. Please reply❤️❤️❤️
Hello, Eri~! KNU is only my Language School. I am under the GKS (Global Korea Scholarship) program ^^ I am not familiar with the courses that KNU offers. It is better to check their website.
which dormitory is this? BTL 1 or 2? Or is it global dormitory? Also please tell if they asked for deposit if this dormitory is BTL 2 or global dormitory
Oh, I thought I already answered this. I applied through Embassy. I studied at KNU Spring 2021 so I am not sure if the dorm fee is still the same but as far as I remember dorm fee was more or less than 600,000 won per semester.
hii are you a gks student? i wanted to ask whether we can choose our room type or is it assigned to us. for example i liked irumgwan more than global dorm rooms. can i choose which one i want?
Hello Ate Dawn! I just want to ask po if you submitted any english exam certificates or topik exams po when you applied? planning to apply po kasi ako and i am hesitating whether or not should i pass any language certificate. Thank you po Ate :)
@@oneuldawn as compared to other universities in Korea ,,, kangwon is the cheapest But why? I want to study here but I'm scared that I will not be able to get a good job in Seoul with kangwon degree
@@qaima_ I actually don’t know the tuition fee amount because I am a scholar ^^ KNU actually ranked 1st in employment rate among all national universities in Korea last year ^^
KNU is just an hour or two away from Seoul via ITX or subway Gyeongchun Line ^^ I haven’t travelled to Seoul from Chuncheon via other means than subway.
Hi.I would like to know if you like living in the dorm. Be honest. Was there something you didn't like. 😂Estou pensanso em me candidatar a uma bolsa nesta universidade, voce poderia me dizer se tem uma boa estrutura?😂I am thinking of applying for a scholarship at this university, could you tell me if it has a good structure?
I did not like that we have a curfew at 1am. I did not like that I have to follow some rules. I think that's the only thing I dislike about the dorm. What do you mean by good structure?
@@oneuldawn The rules are almost the same in other universities, I think it can be boring, but I don't find it difficult to follow. About structure, I talk about the rooms (if they are good), if the building is clean and organized, if the library has diversity and capacity to support it, if there is a kitchen that can cook, if it is clean... if the campus it's safe. That kind of subject. Thanks for answering.
@@julianabr5097 since I only studied Korean Language at the language center of KNU, I’ve been to some classrooms in other buildings and I must say everything I saw was in good condition. Every classroom is modern and well ventilated. Comfort rooms have bidets lol. The campus is safe. There were two libraries but the 2nd library opened when I was already out of KNU. The first library was also modern and it has a lot of references and even a movie room. The facilities were good. As for the kitchen, it depends on what dorm you will stay. The global dorm has kitchen, the rests have none. It would be better to message the coordinator about it. ^^
Nice video. May I know about accommodation (apart from university dorms) is there any nearby housing complex or apartments available near KNU?

Do I have to know Korean to be in the university??
Hi! The admission requirements depends per University :) Better to ask the University of they need a Korean language proficiency certificate.
