Today we are revisiting one of the most beautiful divers I ever recorded, the Tuseno Shellback, but this time the V2 version, which brings some improvements over the previous one I reviewed.
The biggest change is the switch to a Sellita SW200 instead of the Ronda R150 used in the first one. The bezel lost the lumed pip, an unnecessary addition to an already lumed bezel that now looks sleeker and you don't have to worry about the pip falling out.
The hands have remained the same but are slightly better finished, and the dial got a legibility boost. The markers have a thicker silver outline and the minute track around the dial now has thicker 5 minute hashes. All of these small improvements make an already excellent watch even better. The played with the clasp as well replacing the very long Doxa style one to a shorter one used by the likes of Zelos and Christopher Ward, while still retaining the on the fly adjustment!
Since the first one was always sold out, I am sure the second one will have the same success as it is pretty much the same, only improved where improvements count.

I love the cut out indices, makes me want to put a tiny ball bearing under the crystal and spend hours trying to get it in the holes!

I have the V1 version and won't be getting the V2. No PiP is a no-no for me. The ronda movement is super good. I think they should have left it as it was.
