January 17, 2023: 1071 and 1072 are both back in revenue service. Most of us didn't believe a -2C was going to haul passengers again. They are the final two F40s in PH-2C form. Why were these two reserved for work service as their final few months as F40PH-2Cs?
I didn't know 1030 had an hep failure, when was this? Kinda expected since the unit was non-rebuilt at the time. The rebuilt units are still having these types of issues.😡

2Cs commonly went into work service before rebuild due to their deteriorating condition

1030 was in work service for much of 2022 before it went out for rebuilding in late September 2022
