9:48 John, that run of 1959 Sonic Blue Stratocasters by John English is one of my favorite models I’ve seen by the custom shop! I remember seeing a picture of the masterbuilt version online a long time ago and being absolutely floored. Glad to know someone else appreciates that particular release too! Since then, Sonic Blue has been my favorite Strat color!
Can I just get a cookie for knowing right as soon as the case lifted that that last Telecaster was Tomatillo Green? One of the underrated custom shop finishes!

May I make a suggestion for future unboxing videos? No background music during the video. Very distracting. I want to hear about the guitar and what you say spec wise etc., not have to compete with busy background music. Thank you for considering this. LOVE the unboxing videos, otherwise!
Because this is a rosewood Strat and Clapton always prefered and played maple Strats. Easy as that:) For insiders: Clapton actually played a rosewood Strat once, in the jam with Chuck Berry in the film hail hail rock n roll.

I’ve never had any issues getting free spare parts for my CS Strat (the plastic used for the 60th anniversary ‘54 tone/volume knobs is prone to cracking). Are you in the UK?

Great video guys. Personally I'd rather you left out the distracting background guitar playing so I could just concentrate on what you're saying.
