I live in Florida and I know it’s a mess out here more then any other country I bet the rest of the states are similar.. trashy but South Korea is clean if you see paper on the floor it because of the flyers people hand out… don’t speak bad upon SK til you’ve been there…

The funniest part to me about when people do this, is how many other positive interactions I have before and after, and just how negative and unhinged they look by comparison.
Seoul Korea sure has changed a great deal since I was there last.
The young girls were much more respectful of themselves than now it would seem.

You must be a very sad old angry man with such a twisted view on women. I don't see anything wrong here. These young Korean women went to school studied very hard, made a career, work harder at their jobs making ends meet, being loving to their family and friends, etc. There is nothing wrong with young women enjoying nightlife.
Korean women are doing just fine compared to the rest of the world and especially compared to you. Worry about your own sorry values.

talk about third world country with a Gucci belt. all buildings are built in the 70-80s non are higher than 4 stories so many wires everywhere and trash in the corners.I was interested in Korea before but not anymore.The end of the video reminds me of north Africa. Seoul don't stand a chance against any city in Europe.

It's because the property rights are very complicated in Korea. (real estate holdouts issue)
Check out the buildings around the wires, there'll be dirty-old buildings around.
District office government is urging the building owners to sell and redevelop, but the building owners are holding on by demanding large compensation fees,
so they are now engaged in a war of nerves with the government. They have even left that part of the sidewalk block unrepaired for decades, dirty and unrepaired.
They are being told to sell and leave, but these people are very stubborn and are holding on to the end.
It's the same in Gangnam district, where the price is one of the most expensive area in the world.
You will see electric wires and old stores every few steps in Gangnam.
It's all global companies even Chaebols, that have contacted the landowners to put their buildings on them, but they are holding on by demanding astronomical amout of compensation fees.
If in China or Singapore, the government could force the sale in various ways to land owners, but in Korea such force is impossible.
As a result, dirty-old buildings and wires are all around over Seoul or Korea.
