Where are the sidewalks? That city is totally poorly planned, pedestrians have no opportunity to walk safely, much less people with disabilities, electric cables and garbage bags everywhere, where are the containers? Seriously, they idealize Korea so much that Don't they realize their deficiencies?

And Since Korea has a volume-based garbage fee system, people must put their garbage in a designated bag and throw it out outside (usually in front of the door) at a designated time. (In the case of multi-family housing). or All high-rise apartments have a garbage disposal facility within the complex, where waste is separated and collected. And, The undergrounding of electric cables in Seoul, It's as low as 50%. but Tokyo, the same Asian city, has a similar figure at 58%. and I'm so curious. Where are you from?
날씨도 함몫하는듯. 장마철에 거기다 저녁 해질녁이니까요. 제가 한국 사람이지만 70년전까지 일제강정기와 몇년의 전쟁때문에 예전에 아름다운 건물들이 전부 훼손된 상태에서 빨리 건물을 올리다 보니 외관에 신경 못 쓴게 지금 나타는듯^^ 그래도 살기엔 잼나고 실리적인 나라입니다.

은평구 응암동 부근 한 번 걸어보세요. 서울에서 도로, 인도, 골목길 정비가 가장 잘된 곳이 은평구입니다. 서울에서 진정한 선진국은 은평구 전체 뿐이더라구요. 너무도 아기자기하고 좋아요. 도로는 그 나라의 얼굴입니다. 이렇게도 신경써서 잘할 수 있을까, 감탄할 겁니다.
