Hi Dr Lim! I’ve had a few clarity II sessions with both 755 and 1064 wavelengths and it hasn’t helped fade my meslasma at all. Luckily, it didn’t make it any worse. The 1064 wavelength is my only laser option for melasma correct? Would I have better results with a pico laser or would it be the same? Also, why would the IPL respond better to regular sun damage pigment versus the Clarity laser?
I had 2 sessions of picosure pro and I’m really amazed with its efficacy to remove all my hyperpigmentations from breakouts. And my pores significantly reduced. Quite expensive tho 😂, but definitely worth it

Hi Dr Lim, is the treatment for post inflammation hyperpigmentation going to be the same as melasma?
Hello, I would suggest picosure pro. I personally tried it and it works like magic.
What energy do you use for melasma with qswitch nano?sometimes i feel that the energy will be too high or too low?
Hello I wanted to ask you how long does vitamin C work to fade hyperpigmentation

can picolasers heal red acne marks?
