I have been watching your videos to educate myself for a customize ring. Thanks for the useful information! Keep on uploading videos!
Maybe after this you can upload videos about how to clean the rings with stones and how to store them.

We haven't gone over how to properly store them though. We'll keep that in mind! Thanks again for watching!

According to how comfortable you feel wearing the ring. Everyone is different some people like thin band some like wide bands 😂.

i like that emerald solitaire ring with the diamonds going down the shank. Would that ring slide around on the finger because of the thin band width?

I’m getting a 11x9 mm radiant cut moissanite set in a cathedral platinum halo with diamond side stones. The band width is going to be 1.7 mm do you think it’s going to break in half or get messed up by being so thin of a band? I want a dainty band but I’m afraid it might tear or bend

How about shank depth? What depth is great for engraving and which is better between medium and heavy weight bands, particularly on a 3mm Width?

That's a great topic to add to the list. We'll do our best to get to it. Thanks!

It started out - from your initial graphic - that this would be covering the width of wedding bands - not the bands on engagement rings. 😞 Have you already done a video series on choosing wedding bands? Those really are THE most important of the two, IMHO, because lots of women over time have been engaged, or "betrothed" without an engagement ring per sè, but *very few have gotten married without a wedding band! That's the ring that does the deal! To me, it's the engagement ring that makes the promise, but the wedding band that keeps it!
*As there always are exceptions to every rule, there are exceptions to wearing a wedding band. There are a few very religious groups, mostly those termed "Anabaptists"- the Amish and Mennonites - who eschew the wearing of any kind of jewelry, including wedding rings, because of the Biblical directives by which they live regarding plain, modest appearance, and the rejection of wearing anything that doesn't contribute to that concept.

The question on what is the suitable width (and how to determine that) was not answered.. the video merely showed the varieties of band width..

I personally like side stone thick band. For me, thin band looks cheap. I like bling bling when you look overall not just the center diamond

Same! It’s frustrating me looking for rings - all the solitaire bands I’m finding are either 1.5mm (SO thin) or like 3.5-4mm. I just want a solid 2.5-3mm e-ring band! 😫

It affects the perceived value too. If you want to get the most expensive/impressive look from an "ok" stone, put it in a heavy (that is, substantial but not fancy) setting.

Very informative and has helped with my selection. Just a word on presentation...go back and really listen to yourself. I almost stopped watching because all of the 'Ah's and 'Um's were so distracting!
