the trailer is literally addicting to watch. Former EA/Dice devs on embark studios, really making themselves shine to peak quality.
The whole thing screams Mirrors Edge to me …but with guns lol
Honestly after watching to the trailer someone is gonna find a way to destroy the foundations of the build to see how many people they can kill as the build collapses on top of them
Naw this games to quick for that ti happen but it could happen!?
You can’t die from the building collapsing. The walls just fall around you in the alpha. You could get stuck but your explosives would regenerate like an ability and you could explode your way out of the debris. The games not realistic but believe me when I say it works and is still a blast. It adds to the chaos of the match rather than becomes a danger and annoyance

@@luchoi1 no offense but sounds like skill issue. never came across a single hacker and we won majority of the games without any suspicious games

This game has the potential to be the next big FPS. The last FPS games that took the market by storm and still have hundreds of thousands of players playing everyday was Apex and Valorant. This game could be insanity and i'm so excited
People are sick of the big AAA games (CoD/BF) audience is ripe for the taking.
Looks exactly like those two put together with cool collapsing building physics.

There are some differences in the trailer though that are very interesting to see. Most notably, the single Jamaican announcer to the two announcers we have now

Hoping this game is a massive hit and shows what the people at current EA Dice are missing.
Embark studio is actually ex Dice devs that left studio after battlefield 4
and then EA Dice try to chase trends by trying to make current DICE make a knockoff of this instead just actually getting good at making bf games again...
I just hope it reignites the FPS arena genre with something new tbh

this might just be my favorite trailer ever, thats not exaggeration and I'm not the type of person to say that. this trailer is hype as shit and after playing the 2nd beta that hype isn't wasted. this game is fantastic even in beta

If you ask if its like in trailer then answer is definitely yes, this game is crazy and I am addicted on it. This game have a huge potentional.
Highly recommend playing the closed beta. Haven’t had this much fun in an FPS in years.

a mate told me to get the test play and try it out. me and two other friends have been laughing our butts off for 4-5hrs playing this game
It blows my mind we barely have games with destruction. Especially not on this scale.

@@iph2 dude can you name the last game that had destruction of this scale? I can only think of battlefield 4 and rainbow six siege…..and those games are still played to this day. Goes to show what happens when you put in the extra work.

The caziest thing about this trailer is the game plays exactly as it shows. Had a BLAST during the betas i cant wait for the full release
I actually think that the trailers struggle to live up to the actual game as the game itself tends to be so much more chaotic and dopamine hitting than the trailer😂
@krzplays3811 cap the trailer lowkey better, but wait till people get really accustomed to the game plus imagine having a full squad for people who's only purpose is leveling the field and causing chaos for others
@gamingeuphoria7928 theres people who are already reason accustomed to the game, this was the 4th beta, some people been playing for over a year. Me and my friends just did that, ran 3 heavies with sledgehammer and destroyed everything and ignored the objective, it was amazing and extremely fun

There should be an epilepsy warning on this but otherwise, looks insanely fun. Hopefully all those destruction physics can still run at good frames

The artstyle reminds me a lot of Mirrors Edge. Another Dice classic.

I didn’t get a chance to play the alpha but I heard it was really good so let’s hope it doesn’t die in a month due to horrible balancing or monetization decisions.
Monotonization is Fine BUT if companies had a brain they would offer store items at 1/4-1/2 what they charge now and it'd most likely increase sales long term.
I've been playing it. It's amazing what can be done when you don't have EA execs breathing down your throat making you make a game that puts money ahead of gameplay.

Honestly 9 months later when the game has officially launched I'm so happy that it finally has, and I thought THE BF1 first reveal trailer was hype, I love both games so much and for different reasons and aesthetics ofc. I'll be honest, this game had me hyped like how I used to be when I was much younger and more excited for games in general, I had to rewatch this at least a good 7 times before it came out this week, I hope more people play this game and appreciate these exDICE devs talent, I'm so happy for them because now they don't have EA breathing down their necks to hit those stupid deadlines and release an unfinished and unpolished product *ahem* bf 2042 *ahem*, simply amazing and also fuck EA. This is definitely more fun than cod(specifically mw3[because it's the current cod of this year]) tbh and I grew up playing cod too lol.
I couldn’t agree more and I’ve been playing cod since cod4 and haven’t purchased a copy since Cold War and this game The Finals has had me in its grips since launch!! So fun and cinematic and it’s even better facing it’s one of the few games without mass server issues and frame rate problems…AND free and only 18gb??? I gotta be dreaming!

Game is amazing. Teamwork matters! The only match win that matters is The Finals, all other rounds until then you do what ever it takes to stay out of last!! 1000000% Supporting devs with battlepass, skins, or whatever it is they do.
I only bought battlepass for one game in my entire life and that was Rocket League before the Epic acquisition. Nexon will earn a pretty penny from this game as it was highly polished even in it's alpha state.

the coin death is how people die in the ready player one death match scene.
It's ambitious, and looks like what battlefield was mixing with the game show which apex lightly has to a BR named darwin project had. Many saying "this is the next big thing" too fast.
Next, and mainly can this stand on it's own and actually be good along with having good optimization, dev support, dedicated servers, and just even a map editor & custom games. Ubisoft tried a movement FPS with hyper scape it died after the streamers pushed it let's see if this one can stay afloat shall we!?

First time in a LONG time I don’t feel like I’m being lied to when watching a trailer. Destructible environment is clearly impeccable on this game and I would preorder 10 copies of them at this rate!
Now this game looks awesome. Great that they'll be releasing this game on next gen as well so this is prob gonna be bigger than apex and better. So looking forward to it
