    Hi, thanks for the core body explanation. I have L4/L5 and SI joint as per my MRI. Then my doctor sent me for an Xray which also shown I have a spine injury. Dr said nothing too serious and continue with core strengthening from a personal trainer. Do you offer on line classes on zoom format? I just want to make sure that I am doing the movements correctly. You short video of phase 1, 2 and 3 gave me an idea. How long do i need to do phase 1? How many minutes? if I am able to combine phase 1 and 2 is that advisable? Looking forward to your response. .

    Hi Ryan
    I'm walking about 8000 to 10000 steps a day to deal with cervical and thoracic stenosis I'm losing weight which is helping I wondered though if while watching TV is it beneficial to lay flat on the floor when doing that ?
    Thanks from David

    • @CoreBalanceProgram
      @CoreBalanceProgram Год назад +1

      Hi, David! It's great to hear that you're taking steps to manage cervical and thoracic stenosis, and it's wonderful that you're seeing positive results with your increased activity.
      Regarding your question about lying flat on the floor while watching TV, it can be beneficial in some cases. Lying flat on the floor can help relieve pressure on the spine and may provide some relief from stenosis-related symptoms. However, it's essential to ensure that you're comfortable and not straining your neck or back while lying on the floor. You might want to use a soft mat or cushion to make it more comfortable.
      If you find it helps alleviate discomfort and doesn't cause any issues, it can be a good practice to incorporate into your routine. Just be mindful of your body's comfort and any potential strain! 😊

    Hello,Ryan. I would like to know, does your program take into account the imbalces of particular body? I have a twisted/rotated pelvis, the torsion of the sacrum and the halves of the pelvis are twisted in different directions. Pain in the body mainly on the left side. On the left side, unlike the right, many muscles do not work (very weak), and do not "want to switch on" in many exercises. For example, there is no rotation in left hip joint (very stiff), left SI joint dysfunction. SI joint belt is painful for me- I cannot wear it. As soon as I want to do the same exercises on both sides, I constantly get injured, which drives me into more pain and depression. I'm leaving my home very rarely in last 4 years because of severe pain in my body. And Im really desperate already, as I've tryed different terapies before. 😔

      Hi there, first and foremost, thank you so much for sharing your situation with us. I'm so sorry to hear about the pain and challenges you've been facing. I can imagine that dealing with the kind of pain and limitations you've described must be incredibly tough.
      Yes, I believe our program can help you! Our program focuses on correcting muscle imbalances and promoting better posture, which can help with pelvic health and essentially lower body pain. The program is designed to be adaptable to benefit your specific needs and should be able to address your pelvic torsion. We believe that by listening to the signals your body is sending, we can adapt the program to emphasize movements that help and minimize those that cause discomfort.
      We also have many students dealing with SI joint pain who have found relief through our program. The course works to enhance stability around the SI joint, much like its approach to addressing chronic lower back pain by engaging the deep core muscles.
      Regarding the SI joint belt, if it's causing you too much discomfort, I would recommend taking a break from using it until you feel better.
      I suggest trying out the free 7-day trial to see how this would work for your individual needs. I am confident that we can assist you in finding the relief you are looking for, and we'd love to help! 💙

    Pls share something on ankylosing spondylitis. Can the hunch be corrected by core workout.

    • @CoreBalanceProgram
      @CoreBalanceProgram Год назад +2

      Hi there! AS stands for Ankylosing spondylitis. It is a rare type of arthritis that causes pain and stiffness in your spine. It’s considered a lifelong condition, also known as Bechterew disease, and usually starts in your lower back. It can spread up to your neck or damage joints in other parts of your body. The disease is progressive, meaning it tends to get worse over time. We have had a student in our program who had this condition and experienced a decrease in pain. Please let us know if you have any other questions. 😊
