The much loved RPG for the Nintendo Switch and Original PlayStation, Grandia.
The action packed Alien Fireteam for the PS4 and finally... something secret... and strangely played.

I love these game transitions in the video and the pokemon grind challenge! I never played Grandia; I will put on my (long) list. At the moment, I am happy that I found an old Boulderdash clone (Boulderstar) that I played on the first pc my dad owned. And Vampire Survivors - so easy, but highly addictive.
I've never heard of those games, so we are both learning 😀

I love your work. Hearing about interesting challenge runs, especially for old games which have lost relevance is really cool too. Thanks for the update and provoking the response! Personally, I recently just finished platinuming Final Fantasies 1-6, then we bought our first home and shit's been crazy. First game played in the new house was Sonic Origins, and I'm still keeping up with Street Fighter 6 but I don't think it'll last much longer. Will probably get Gargoyles Remastered and the new Sonic soon.

New Sonic and Mario games have totally derailed my first play of Golden Sun on the GBA - an RPG I’ve been meaning to play for many, many years!

I absolutely loved playing through Grandia on the PS1, such an awesome game. The only other game that gripped and moved me as much was Vandal Hearts, also on the PS1. I've been playing a lot of NeoGeo Pocket Colour lately. Biomotor Unitron and Faselei mostly, with a bit of Match of the Millennium thrown in for good measure.
I have never in my life played a neo geo pocket color game, where should I start?
With Sonic the Hedgehog of course. There are quite a few great games exclusive to the NGPC like Gal Fighters and the fore mentioned Faselei.

Ltely ive been playing mgs portable ops on psp, last night i decided to install retroarch on my 2DS and play some castle of illusion on the master system. I completed it when i was a little boy

I have modded Sega Saturns, and found Saturn Grandia English translation, so I am gonna play it onthere for first time. I think I was reading the Saturn performed better or was somehow better then ps1 version. I got 3 working modded Satuirns ^^ I hang onto them until they or I die

I always wanted to try Grandia, but I've kept postponing it. Currently working my way through the Legend of Heroes games. Atm on Trails in the Sky SC.
Yeah it is a long game, I've only just managed to reach the second disc part of the game

My back log is massive, do I'm thinking time to stop buying shit, and start actually playing it. Probably start with Panzer Dragoon Orta, for the Xbox

Alien Fireteam is awesome but really needs friends or some random human players otherwise it became very average! Probably the most Aliens game ever made apart from the new tactics game!
I got the new Alien game the other day but have yet to try it, was kind of bummed that it's single player only 😞

My final fantasy marathon enters its late stage era, and the rush to finish for the years end has become all consuming. Looking forward to the new year and some variety again 😅
I have no idea with the pokedex, it would be funny though to see if Oak says anything about having zero pokemon lol

If you wanna play Chrono Trigger it released on Steam a few years ago for like 15€ if thats an option for you.
I'm currently playing through Ys 7. I enjoy the game but I'm so pissed off at the fact that the japanese already get to play Ys 10 and we still have no release date....
I also play through the Ratchet and Clank trillogy on PS2. Man the controls on the first game didn't age well at all.
Pressing circle to use weapons no fixed camera button and no Z-targeting. But still need to get all the weapons in the game since I can get the weapons in the second and third game if I have them in my savefile on my memory card.
In terms of RPGs I wanna play through The Legend of Dragoon again. But I wanna do that on a CRT since the graphics didn't age very well and playing on an HD TV does the game no favors.
Oh and I play a bit of Robocop vs Terminator on Mega Drive. While not the biggest run and gun fan I love the sheer brutality of the game.
I just managed to get chronotrigger on DS 😀 I wish I could play it on switch for convenience, but hey... nintendo.

It still embarrasses me that I bought Grandia brand new on PS1 and STILL have never played it. So lame... Though to be fair, if I got it for Switch, there's more chance NOW of it being played.
