Seeing you playing the guitar I immediately thought that you would like Sam's guitar solo, which I personally love , if you really want to see him in action check out his solos on their originals MARS ,DEAR FATHER , SAILAWAY ,VERTIGO orWE ARE THE CHILDREN , or his take on yhe solos of his tribute covers of ENTER SANDMAN, CRAZY TRAIN, LAST IN LINE.,SYMPHONY OF DESTRUCTION, MASTER OF PUPPETS, SEVEN NATION ARMY,. or their latest release HEAVEN AND HELL . This video for CAROUSEL was shot in Florida and Georgia over 6 hrs and with the help of family and freinds for the princely sum of $5,500 . Videoed and edited by them, even the make-up was done by Melody and Abigail . Melody has a unique voice that Registers over the spectrum,,and for my money, she has the best rock voice of any female out there , and some men for that matter . I saw Liliac in October in Columbus, Ohio, and this was their encore. They sound great live, and I liked that Melody would take the time to get set up for every big vocal moment. As for the solo, I feel like this one fits the song. If you want some grander, check out their original "Sail Away." It has my favorite of Sam's guitar solos.

Carousel is a pretty good song despite the mixed reviews. Interesting point on the guitar solo. Liliac may have an unreleased alternate guitar solo version that wasn’t viable for the final version. There’s other great songs on their Madness album as well.

This was the first single off of their new album, "Madness." Their follow-up video was of the title track itself,,"Madness" which you should do next. Bht they just released another Ronnie James Dio/Black Sabbath cover "Heaven and Hell" just the other day, which I think you'll really like. I listened to the original for the first time ever just yesterday, and Liliac's version is actually much better.

They have 4 albums of Liliac's Originals + they have also done covers to Metallica, Megadeath, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbeth, Janis Joplin, Joan Jett, Nirvana, Ronny James Dio to name a few. Millions of views for each one! They have made music videos for their Originals & Covers! ( Awesome!!!) Ready when you are to react to Liliac's best!!!

I didn't see any new movie recently but that must be because I'm more of a book person, I'm reading a book written by a friend of mine, and that's pretty cool. As for the video, you were as usual, sunny, you're a ray of light in those dark times, so thank you for that, I really hope you're gonna get well soon (better should be more appropriate maybe, I don't know) !!

Totally hear you on that. I do like the circus theme, but you're right. It might be a bit over done. And yes for guitar solos!
Nice sound...musically. I like them. Not a fan of the video or the lyrics on this one. Circus theme is a little too cliché (e.g. 'clowns', 'costumes'). Just weird/creepy. That's likely more a statement about me than it is about the video. Authentic. Genuine. Honest. Those things resonate with me and the over the top fakeness of costumes you get with a circus just strikes a chord that's a little out of tune. As someone recently said to me..."Dog, you ain't quite right". Full agreement. I'll proudly own that. I'm not quite right.
Good news? Well, I don't have any bad news. I'm good with that. Everyone can use a benign, sterile boring day...week...month...etc. The Carousel' of life can be fun but so is getting off...like coming home after a long trip.

I totally hear you on that. I do love simplicity... I don't know, maybe at that moment it worked for me. I do like colors in frame, and blurry interesting backgrounds, maybe the filmmaker in me popped out for this video. 😁
But it was nice. Really wanted a stronger solo though.

Too contrived.None of their original songs feel genuine or authentic to me.They should stick to covers.
I think they have some good ideas and are very talented but just need a bit of guidance
