I found really sad when the white tree was cut down and a temple built in its place 😪 but happy that a seed or sapling was saved. I wonder what type of tree it was also was it a white oak oh dear I don't know. 😙💜
@@beccaboo3040 I understand that sorrow for the white tree, I must confess that I found it one of the most heart-rending scenes in the Akallabeth. Thank heavens for Isildur. Hmmm, I like to think it was a white ash as ash-trees in Norse mythologie were symbolic of hidden wisdom and life, but I also like the idea of an oak. Maybe the Downfall book has the answer?
Not sure, I was thinking of doing at long last an Orodreth and saving Angmar for the geopolitics videos, but I could do a history podcast styled video for Angmar for next week.
This video is amazing... i have spoken... love it... it's very interesting! keep up the great work!
wonderful
dope video, I love lord of the rings, never heard of pharazon. you've got a good narrative voice
Thanks, Pharazon is from the Silmarillion.
No wonder he was afraid of death I would be fearful also if I had done the evil deeds he has done, human sacrifice is a big no no. 😙💜
Very true X)
Very interesting thankyou, I believe he maybe also one of my favourite baddies 😊😙💜

Interesting video, will the next one be about the 2nd age too or the angmar wars?

Forced marriage, corrupt, thief, over-bearing power... What's not to like about this antagonist? Ahem.
I know right? X)
Wouldn't it be cool if there was a Neumenorian-like civilization in the real world? You know, without being dumb and challenging deities😂
Hmm never thought of things that way, I suppose it might be.
