We've been hoodwinked, bamboozled, lead astray, run amok and flat out deceived.
Phil Jackson was behind this too
Why? The trailer had the quest logo in the first 2 seconds
Nice copy and paste

Really can't get onboard with VR haters.
I miss the Arkham series. Some of my favorite games ever. I rant and rave about them constantly. I traded 24 games in at gamestop just to get Arkham City when it came out.
The only games we've gotten since 2015 being 2 VR games and then saying Suicide Squad is in the Arkhamverse feels insulting to the fans honestly. I've been dying for one of these since I finished Knight. I've even been replaying it after the whole set of games and all dlc went on sale for like $8 on the Steam spring sale. Guess I'll keep replaying them since it seems we're never getting an actual continuation. Beyond disappointed at this point, personally.
Assassin's Creed VR for META Quest 3 is awesome. I finally got a game that is worth playing. I like VR games because they are short cool experiences. I'm at a point in my life where
I don't have time to play long 80-hour games. I prefer short games as long they are fun and worth my time. I'm looking forward to this new Batman VR game.
Yea Nexus has a compelling narrative like Greg mentioned him needing to get hooked.
I’m so sorry Barrett, one day you will get another good Batman game.
Megaton Rainfall, Greg, that’s the game you “have to make time for to play at home”, you just didn’t know about it. It’s the Superman simulator of your wildest dreams, but it’s on PSVR1 so you’d have to pull out all those cables for stupidly missing out on it.
It's on steam and the oculus store too. It has some weird resolution issues though. But yeah totally a superman simulation
Im incredibly excited about this game honestly, if its anything like the Assassins creed vr game ill be there for it
With the company developing it, and the Meta funding behind it it could easily be better and more polished. Can’t wait til June 7 so we can see actual gameplay
How we don’t have a full fledged, AAA Batman Beyond game with Will Friedle back as Terry is baffling to me…
I would love to see Remedy or CDProcject red take a shot at a Batman game. Someone please just make one were dyin out here 🤣🤣
I will always understand the want and need for a Batman game, I will never understands people’s obsession that it has to be a continuation of Arkhams story(that shit was down after the second game, if you want a GOOD version of Arkham Knight, watch “Under the Red hood”)
Back to Arkham City I go
Y’all complain about VR not having any games but when an IP you care about finally comes to VR, you also complain lol.
Barrett feels probably the same as i did getting fable legends which was trash and then the fable kinect game when wasnt what i wanted. it seems like for both franchises the answer is so obvious
Can’t compare VR to Kinect though, it never achieved its promise/satisfaction to customers like VR has.
I didn't hate Gotham Knights or Suicide Squad I also exclusively play those games solo. The only things I didn't like about those games was traversal in both games. With Suicide Squad enemy variety and the Gotham Knights fight mechanics and inability to lock on to enemies when throwing batarangs and shooting Red Hoods guns. Stories were good, SS had great VO and character models. GL had good VO and only the enemy and Batgirl and Nightwing characters had good models.
Still the 4 Arkham games are the best.
I feel the same way about the walking dead getting all those vr games. What did they get like 3 of them? We got destinies but that was so low effort that it wasn't even worth it. Even as someone that waited on a sale and kinda enjoyed it for what it was it was objectively just not something anybody wanted. But it's so annoying waiting for the next game in a favorite series and getting constant VR entries when you have zero interest in VR. I think the walking dead is just cursed with video games the only decent one we really got that anybody liked at all was the telltale games and that's a glorified interactive TV show. Which is great too don't even get me wrong but just like with the VR issue I just want a regular old fashioned video game. And then we got overkills the walking dead too which got delisted In like a week.
The answer on why is that Skydance games is mostly a VR dev studio. And Servios who did the bad one is also a VR specific development studio.
Saints and Sinners is amazing though, if you haven’t played em.
@@TylerSampson51 the real question would be why do the ip owners go specifically to VR studios? Cause those studios I'm assuming don't have any exclusive rights to making walking dead games the ip owner just license the series out to whoever they want to make a game. Honestly from all the crap mobile games (there was like 2 actual decent ones) and destinies, and even the overkill thing that was so bad It got nearly insta delisted, I think ip owners are just pulling names out of hats and being like yeah sure they can make a walking dead game. Telltale only worked so well because it was a episodic story driven thing from a developer who's whole thing is just doing that. But I feel like that was just another name out of a hat that they probably didn't even expect to succeed cause it's not like telltale games are truly high quality gaming experiences. I'm really trying not to undermine how good the telltale games were but just being honest about the situation it was honestly the same boat the rest of these flops have been in but had a lightning in a bottle moment with how much it clicked with everyone. And to be fair yes the VR games look great it's just that VR is such a niche that I'm not personally into.
@@Alex_Logan22 they look really good it's just that VR is such a niche thing. I don't have any interest in it especially if right now the best way to go for me would be buying a PS5 on top of buying the VR for it on top of buying the game. Speaking on just the quality of the games by itself yeah they are fantastic but the quality isn't my issue with it. If anything the quality makes it even more annoying cause not only are the only walking dead games being made VR, but the only good ones being made are VR.

They were updated for Quest 3, almost as good there as on PSVR2.
I must be the only person that is super excited for this game
you literally are 😂😂
don't worry you're not, you're just in the wrong channel.
I’m with you man. I’m hyped as hell. Lots of haters here, but I’m glad it’s coming to VR
@@ilikestuff8218I don’t know when kinda funny turned into the vr hate channel. I’m not referring to the crew as much as the comment section. It’s so bad to be a vr fan here.
@@TylerSampson51
Haters (like racists) are quiet till they start to feel emboldened, all it takes is lukewarm responses for them to start coming out of the woodworks.
Made by the Iron Man vr developers
So? Last time I checked people wanted an actual Iron Man game.
I loved iron man vr but I ain’t buying a meta quest 3 if it comes to psvr 2 though I’ll give it a whirl
@@joefayant8470meta owns the team, it’s not coming to psvr2. Which is sad. But so it goes.
@@dominiqueodom3099he saying that the game was good and people who played it, myself included, found that they did a wonderful job making it feel like you were iron man flying around and destroying enemies. The game was fun as hell. So this game will likely be good too.
@@dominiqueodom3099
It was an actual Iron Man game, moreso than any prior attempt.
I'm both mad and disappointed 😃
I can't wait for the next one, Batman Arkham mobile.
Id love PS5 updates to the collection ( if it was better than that crap graphics update they did last time)
There were two mobile games actually
If it was psvr you guys would be loving it …
Arkham VR was also special Barret, as much as if not moreso than Origins, it showed how to have great storytelling in VR and Iron Man VR (also special) showed how to have great superhero gameplay in VR so if they combine the two, this will definitely be special, Meta wouldn’t have it positioned as their next Asgard’s Wrath-esque holiday tentpole release if it wasn’t, nor their main Quest 3 system seller since it’s not on Quest 2 (the biggest VR platform by a country mile).
What reason is there for anyone to be excited about a New Batman VR game ?
One of the most famous things to come from this franchise is the amazing Combat system and you know VR aint doing that.
People are going "ITS THE SAME DEVELOPERS AS THE IRON MAN VR GAME" and to that i say "So fucking what?!"
Aint no one want an Iron man VR Game, aint no one care about the Batman Arkham VR game, and the only VR game ive heard actually was decent to play in the past 8 years was Half Life Alyx.
Im tired of all these WB/DC nut gobblers being upset at other consumers for expecting something better from the creators of Arkham.
Talking like an expert in VR but don’t know anything about it. Especially if you think Half Life is the only good thing on it. Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 4, Propagation Paradise Hotel, Asgard’s Wrath II, Assassin’s Creed Nexus, Hubris, Legendary Tales, Vampire the Masquerade: Justice, Gran Turismo VII, Contractors, Contractors Showdown, Lone Echo 1&2, The Light Brigade among so many more. But no, you’re right. There’s nothing good in VR.
But of course all of this will fall on deaf ears since you have no intention on actually seeing if VR is any good or not.
Oh and Iron Man was awesome. “Ain’t no one wanted an Iron Man VR game” except for those who did, and those who realized they did once they tried it. But they like VR so who gives a shit about them right?
There’s been tons of VR games with incredible combat/melee systems that make flat Arkham feel retro in comparison, I have no doubt Camoflaj will take from what indies have pioneered just like Valve did for Alyx’s mechanics.
Enough of overrated Batman
Vr is the future don't become irrelevant kinda funny.
