Love this video! Very inspirational for all of us that do not have a big place/house. Please make a Homeworthy channel for small spaces 💗
This lady in the first video is very pretty and stylish - so is her home!
The commissioned Madeline-New-York piece is just utterly inspiring 🤩
Yes! Is the artists info available?
Love!!
Why criticize their lifestyle? The couple are gracious enough to take their time and effort to share their amazing sweet home. We are their guests. I give them so much respect for their hard work in trying to make their daily lives special. Three years for little ones of their ages are really the best time to endeavor to live as they are. Location, location, location…is vital. There is so much available for the little ones to see and do outside their home. Such as museums, small galleries, bookshops and tiny toy stores; libraries, and Central Park with its ice skating rink, carriage rides, and row boating. Throughout the year there are lovely arts and crafts and music programs. So, I Congratulate this young family for knowing what is most important to them and working daily to improve their lives. Well done.
Love the fact that everything here is ordinary "stuff", no high-end pay thousands to have it look nice. Lived in and comfortable spaces.
actually its a combo. new yorkers seem to buy used furniture for next to nothing and then buy $1000 bedsheets ha
How refreshing. A real person that lives in a house most of us can relate to. I would be tempted to paint those cabinets, but it’s the first time I think I really like the wood.
You should add a section for homes under 1000sqft and under 500sqft! Many people want great style in their small homes in the city, or modest home in the suburbs. This satisfies both 💜
I wouldn't consider Brittany's apartment small, but it is very stylish. Heather and Michael's apartment is cozy and warm and a great, small home for 5 people. John's apartment is again a sense of space and doesn't seem so small. I like the way he uses the layout. The textures and pops of color are wonderful. The dining room is very chic. I love Claudia's studio apartment. The little skirted table she made in the kitchen is perfect. Adnan's apartment is so cool. His color choices and applications are so much fun. Thank you Homeworthy for featuring smaller, homes that many of us can relate to.
Yes, FINALLY they featured smaller spaces that MANY of us can relate to.
Thank you for showing style and comfort can be had in small spaces. But please consider focusing on spaces less than 2000 sq ft.
👍🏼
Glad the 1st NYC lady found her corner unit🎉🎉 And love the photo art in the 2nd apt❤❤
I've seen them all before, but happy to see them again. Espacially the first one, which I already have watched several times. It is such a beautiful space and Brittany shows such a good and happy vibe.
THe little 3 girls room in the NY apartment is so cute. If they are there as they grow,.... A bunk bed with a lower trundle would accommodate them all , in the same space . I remember falling love with John's apartment the first time. His colors and use of spaces and his style is everything! I adore the free lance writers studio. The large mirror, the shutters, the coziest kitchen ever!!! Love it all SO happy she left the cabinets wood tone. Its perfect with her copper and little lamp and art. So special!
John’s Brooklyn apartment is so classy and So New York ❤️ Love the Beyoncé piece I’m going to do something similar in my home office 💕🫶🏿
the apt of the couple with the 3 girls: that HAS to be the definition of chabby chic
In the first video the little boys bathroom is decorated very adult! Books piled on the side table so impractical- they will curl in the damp. This whole apartment is a very curated space which doesn’t look as if anyone let alone a child lives there.
Lovely place. Madeline is a fave of mine too from childhood 💜💜💜
I really do feel this. As I am a single Mother with my daughter in NYC! The absolute amazing accomplish to make a life here!
I'm on my third one. Another gorgeous apartment, tastefully furnished.
The sealed door and windows in the young man's Brooklyn apartment are more than likely code SAFETY violations. He might want to look into that and have a conversation with a building inspector and the landlord to rectify the situation. Nice job on the decorating...
I asked for more realistic homes, and you listened. Thanks so much. If you want to visit me in Colorado I painted my whole kitchen in Hello Kitty. I would love to be on the show.
The ‘princess’ chair is a Victorian nursing chair. It’s low so a nursing mother could interact with her other small children
Heather u found the neatest things !! The old chair the lovely vintage tablecloth as a curtain ...love that ..
Iv always loved using curtains thru out my house too PLUS saves room..from doors ..i know!💚🌵
I liked Brittney’s hutch, we’d call that a bureau in the U.K. nice to have somewhere specifically for letter & card writing and maybe gift wrapping too.
Wow!! That's a pretty grown-up bathroom for a little boy.
Love the apartment! This feels like a Homeworthy episode! 🎉
Thank you to those who kindly shared the sweet homes. I love the ideas, the colors, the treasures displaced big and small, priceless to each of the individuals. From their unique ways of presenting their spaces, one senses their delight in opening up to others their own unique world.
Homeworthy, big, small, whatever you present each home is a real treat! …you transport me to a magical destination where my life is brightened and my heart is filled with joy. Thank you, again.
Love the bedroom! "L" shape .like daybed .then children come in can watch TV and be together ..... perfect 💚
The New York small place apartment would be a huge appartment in the uk, just beautiful taste.
Loved Heathers white outfit.
Many good ideas. :) I'm chuckling though because I know that the family-of-five is moving to Brentwood in Los Angeles if they haven't already.
Love the shoe photo. Yes Mom!
I've just finished seeing the first gorgeous apartment, the only thing that needs changing to my mind is the fact that the fabulous mirror in the hallway is way to high,I'd lower it as I'd lower the picture in her bathroom unless she intends to add another lower down. She has excellent taste. Now I can't wait to see the others.
Love this! I hope you have small spaces on a regular basis! Love Brittanys apartment! She looks like Anne Hathaway!
Fantastic use of space. ❤. My home I also full of sentiment, my kids keep telling me to clean it out.
OBSESSED with the Yves Delorme pillow shams!
The babies room is adorable 🥰
Beautiful.I love the first apartment renter incorporated the old with the new. All of the apartment tours were great.
Heather is quite a girl!& So r u Sir & soo glad you're together .. Married.!... So yall from TEXAS!!🇨🇱💚🌵
💚🌵🐠🐟YES LOVE beautiful things in kitchen ...too i love a mirror 🪞 in the kitchen too
Hey beautiful family love seeing you and the family hanging out yall are so funny and cute love the hair and Sam hair too have a blessed week ❤
Your home is beaautiful. Im so glad you decorate with so much art. I do too and no one I know does that. I also decorate with vintage and modern finds, and I have a lot of small objets. I particularly loved your living room rug. Much love and joy, peace and contentment to you and your son in your NYC home.
Oh my gosh love the rubber band
Cabinet beautiful in bedroom!
Brilliant ides !!.
Cutain rod for stuffed animal '!!!😮
First apartment seems pretty large for NY- the location of the second by the park is perfect for kids- all weather but rain, you have a built in "yard"
Love watching Homeworthy" bc even tho iv lived in my vintage house over 20'yrs im currently Re- freshing" my place & this really gelps w great tips & 💡!! & Decor !!!!.so nice!! I love the practical Lampshade:' taped up there!& Cute vintage cabinet in kitchen ..well whole place charming;; & yes love 💕😘 the large floweres. ,..& fish me too
I drag my 🐠 🐟 FISH " DECOR out in summer &;,im in dry 🏝️ wedt TEXAS 💚🌵
It was the first video in the New York apartment that I was referring to. I just realized there’s three hours of this.
Small spaces are easier to heat and cool, and to clean and decorate. I like what you did with this space. It's a little too white for me, but your basic ideas are good.
Nice place
Oh! No! Your bookcase looks very nice 👌Her's apparent was my favorite one ❤ Love everything ❤️
Love the shade cover information. I just placed an order. Thanks!!!
Its DARLING & I LOVE IT ...cute,!
In the first home, I would push the sofa closer to the TV and put the dining table next to the windows behind it.
So happy to see John's apartment again. Makes me feel right at home. Definitely one of my favorites.
I cannot begin to fathom living in such a small NYC apartment with no outdoor access with three young children. Wouldn't a less expensive neighborhood possibly have meant more space to help retain everyone's sanity...(though Mom seemed like she could handle constant chaos better than I). Cooking & cleaning up after 3 meals a day in what would be a kitchenette for a studio would be sooo cramped & frustrating. Can't imagine how she deals with it. Just everyone's winter clothes, boots etc would take up space that one small closet couldn't possible accommodate. The dolls stored so far up overhead like hostages could never be accessed by the children. Wondering what Dad is studying that couldn't be studied in a less expensive city. Three long years....

I am sure they can just go outside. Lots of people in other countries have much smaller spaces and people in US of the past. A family of 10 would live in a single room. Maybe instead of boots, they just wear running shoes? My kids hate gloves, scarfs, ECT. They just wear hoodies mostly...and we live in Colorado. My kids never had boots. They probably just ask someone to hand them a doll!I used to jump up on the kitchen cabinets to get a glass as a kid. Maybe they jump? Most people live in the dorms during college. Married student housing usually isn't very big.
First apt… she said living room curtains from Amazon… brand please🙏🙏. Love them. Tx
can you make a shower curtain out of regular cotton?? love love love the pegs idea!!
I NEED to know 😂 what product Adnar mirrored his fireplace with and what on earth a "stitched square format" has to do with it (yes I Googled it). It honestly looks like mirrored contact paper but I'm sure it's not. TIA for your guidance
P.S. Love your apartment!
This place must cost a fortune!!
Apartment 1: So nice to see a young person incorporate traditional older pieces with modern and whimsey. It works so well! No vanilla white washed look there. It's warm and cozy and as Neale Whitaker would say--it has soul. The last one is a cluttered mess. He needs to edit and get rid of stuff. Some of it looks like he bought it to fill spaces and should not have.
The piece of art behind the door reminds me of the story where a couple stole a painting from a college art gallery, and it was worth 150 million.

Brittany is adorable.
Where does she keep papers/knick-knacks? How does she keep place so clutter-free?
Drawers. Storage is essential for a clutter free home.
Put a picture over that breaker box!
Where can the living room book shelving be purchased? Very impressed with the design.
How can a single mom with a young child afford a two bedroom corner unit on the Upper East side? And how is that considered small?
She never shared her background, but obviously, they can afford it, especially to stay home to home school her children.
Might be possible for her because of her inheritance or from the baby daddy.
sugar daddy 😜
Solutions to Small Spaces, pERFECT
Not anymore!!! Love the buildings love the history, but what is happening in New York right now I’ll stay here and whether it out in California
This painting at the end is probably by the famous Egyptian painter Hussein Bicar. If it's an original, it would be costly. Don't throw it away!
i could watch this sh--t all day. Its like ASMR
cool
Some of the hosts like to talk more about themselves rather than their apartments. I get they are emotionally tied to their stuff. Also, some are way too thrilled with things that aren’t the least bit special. If I hear one more person expound on a coffee table book…
I assumed this would be more about how to manage and utilize small spaces-something with ideas to take away.
Books on the toilet threw me off, I didn't see anyone ever doing that.
Wish i had Heather here!! To help me 😔
❤❤
In UK some of these apartments are considered large , not small ar all.
In New York City, 2 bedroom and two bathroom apartment it's not small
What is small living? 1000 sf or less?
Does anyone know what Britneys channel is? I'd love to see!
The apartment is beautiful. The décor is stunning. However , why do young people have to talk in a sing song way? Ending every sentence in form of a question. I was able to get through 3 minutes. Her voice is a turnoff. So I muted and skipped a, a lot.
I don't think it is young people, just some people.
Who is James? I'm confused.
The first lady? Her son.
Beautiful space, but I cringe whenever I see books and art displayed in inappropriate spaces like bathrooms. Moist, humid environments like that are really bad for books and artworks on paper or canvas.
I was thinking she embodies the lady from sex in the city and then she turns tv on to sex in the city lol
Why why do parents hang the art pics so high in their children’s rooms and playroom
?? Don’t you want them to appreciate the art that you’ve decided to hang for them? I love the sea shells pic but it’s hung for your height not the girls. 😊
What does aesthetic mean? And why is EVERYONE hell bent on using it wrong.
concerned with beauty or the appreciation of beauty.
"the pictures give great aesthetic pleasure"
a set of principles underlying and guiding the work of a particular artist or artistic movement.
"the Cubist aesthetic"
I think of it as something that looks good. How is everyone using it wrong?
Cringe Dangerous
Avalanche of the stack of coffee table books falling on their young kids
Heavy enamel cast iron pans falling out of microwave cupboard
Large cookery Knives on the wall above sink
We really need to do research before making post. I’m going to assume this was done prior to The Obama’s calling Kamala. Regardless if they didn’t we got to understand we as Americans don’t have to endorse someone to appease others. Let people endorse who they want and when they want to nobody owe us an explanation. Politics and religion like our grandparents say we should keep to ourselves.
This is not Small...small is 50 squar m. and less.
