Penne Pasta - Milad said he will give you pasta if you subscribe.
lets say an average bag of pasta (4 pounds) has 4 serving sizes. 1 pound per. right now milad has 6.55 million subscribers. To give everyone a pound of pasta, he would have to buy 1,637,500 bags of pasta. The average cost of a 1 pond bag/box of pasta is around 1 dollar 50 cents. 1.50 * 4 = 6. An average box of 4 pounds of pasta is 6 dollars. 6 * 1637500 equals $9,825,000. Millad would have to spend $9,825,000 - buy 1,637,500 boxes, get 6,550,000 pounds of pasta. lets take it a bit further:
Shipping - the average shipping cost in America for 1 pound is $1.35. this may vary and this is also assuming all of Milad's viewers are in America. Lets ignore that. the shipping alone would be $8,842,500. shipping plus pasta = $18,667,500.
Time - All these calculations are based on material wealth, but as the saying goes, Time is money. lets say it takes 10 minutes to make penne pasta. that is 65,500,000 minutes, 1,091,666.6666 hours (about), 45,486.1111112 days, about 1516.20370371 months, 126.350308642 years. average paye per hour in 'Merica is $33. $33 * 1,091,666.6666 = $36,024,999.9978. he would've gotten around that amount of money if he worked all that time.
Others - we didnt even count the other stuff. for times sake, we will only count gas and salt. you need to add 1 table spoon of salt per pound of pasta. a teaspoon of salt is $0.05. 6.55 mill * 0.05 = $327,500. you use 0.555 kg of gas per hour. you spend about 15 cents for that. 0.15 * 1,091,666,66666 is $163,749.
Grand Total - Let's see how much this is. $18,667,500 + $327,500 + $163,749 + $36,024,999.9978 = 55.183749 million US$. this is 43,747,468.86 GBP. all of this is less than 1 percent of Elon Musk's money. About 0.02689%. Elon's networth is about 205.2 Billion USD.
Conclusion - Don't make promises you cant keep.

Penne Pasta - On average there are about 1816 peices of pasta in a 4 pound box. lets round that to 1800. that means that single box can serve 900 subscribers. he would have to get 13,100,000 peices of pasta for all his subscribers. 13,100,000 pieces will be in (about) 7,277.77 boxes. As we established in my previous comment, a 4 pound box is $6. That will be about $43,666.62.
Shipping - We still need to ship it. 7,277.77 * 4 = 29,111.08. That is the number of pounds of pasta that will be needed. 29,111.08 * $1.35 (the shipping cost for a pound) = $39,299.958. Shipping + Pasta = $82,966.578
Time - There is no need to cook.
Others - doing all this would sure cause Milad to have mental problems, and he would probable need atleast 1 month of therapy for all the time he spent cooking, buying, and others, and also the money he spent. average therapy cost in NJ is $130. Lets just throw that in.
Grand Total - All of that will be $82,966.578 + $130 = $83,096.578. now that is much less than the original price, in fact its only 0.1505% of the original. According to google, Milads networth is about 8 mill (Damn). he would have to use 1.0387% of his net worth, and only 0.00004046% of Elon Musk's.
Conclusion - Ummm, still dont make promises you cant keep.
